After a couple weeks of using this product my skin began to break out terribly. First it was small puss like bumps primarily on my cheeks and jawline that turned to cystic acne. My eyes were also very irritated, being bright red, watery, and even crusty in the mornings. I am in my early 60s and have never had such terrible breakouts, however my skin is sensitive. I hadn't changed anything in my skin routine, so through the process of elimination, timing and other reviews determined it was the new supplement causing the problem. Caution to others... be aware of potential negative side effects. Personally, I am experiencing the exact opposite of why I took it in the first place, anti aging and glowing skin. Ugh!!

I love this stuff. I just put it in my coffee cup every morning before pouring coffee in, and it dissolves so well I don't even have to stir it! It works equally well on the days that I throw it in a smoothie. I have yet to try cooking/baking with it but I have no doubt it'll be great for that too!

This has been exactly what I need in my morning routine that I've been missing. It's hard to hit my protein goal for the day when I work 20 hour days so scooping this into coffee in the morning is a great way to get in 20g it protein before I leave in the morning! Love it.

This was my first choice after much research on collagen peptides. I suffered thinning hair due to a medical condition and achy joints from many years of running and working out. I have been drinking Vitas about 3 weeks and have noticed my hair is growing quicker and feels better. Also the pain in my joints is markedly better! I will continue to use Vitals with anticipated results! I will also note it quickly dissolves andhas little to no aftertaste.

Im on my second jar..Ive had so many compliments on my face.. Its the greatest product since candy. Try it is worth the money.. Do what the directions say. Some people do less and don't get the results they are supposed to..Im a true believer. IT WORKS! I give it 100%

My daughter recommended this so I was excited to try it. After a couple weeks, I noticed my nails looked great but I ( at age 61) was breaking out in my chin. Also, I’ve been having stomach cramps and digestive problems which I think is from the product. So, I’ve quit it.

I have only been using this Collagen Peptides, unflavored for 2 months. The only thing I can tell you is that, yes, my nails seem to be stronger. I already have thick healthy hair so nothing different there. I will continue to use this product in my morning coffee for my nails.

I now have a subscription to the Collagen Peptides and have been using them 3-4 times a week. They blend great in smoothies (or even tea) and do not have a specific taste when mixed. I've felt energized and stronger and will be continuing to use. Great source of collagen and protein!
