As a 64 year old I have arthritic knees and a bad shoulder. I started taking Collagen Peptides about a year ago and to my amazement both are doing better. I know it is not a cure but walking stairs and lifting my arm have become pretty much normal occurrences for me. I throw a capful in my a cup of coffee per day and am good to go.

I have yet to try the full course of the collagen so can’t say how it works, but extremely disappointed that my package came literally being halfway filled with the powder. The price is affordable but not good enough for literally half of the product

I used this for a few months and saw a difference in my hair shedding. However, I stopped because of the taste. I used it in smoothies and couldn’t taste it, but I don’t drink them daily. Also used it it oatmeal, the taste for me, is bad. I’d like to consume as a shot, is that possible?

After taking the VP Collagen Peptides w/hyaluronic acid for 6 months, I cannot believe how much better my nails are. I used to have a vertical split in one of my nails that repeatedly broke down to the nail bed. It is almost Gone!! My nails grow like crazy now. I have also noticed that my skin is much less drier than it used to be. I always had sort of ashy, dry skin and now my skin feels and looks much better. I almost never need to use hand lotion anymore, and I rarely even have to use chapstick. I haven't felt much improvement with my daily aches and pains but I'll keep using this in my morning smoothie everyday anyway.

I bought this collagen powder when istarted noticing fine lines appearing under my eyes. In combination with micro needling they have almost completely disappeared after just 6months of use! I take it in my smoothie every morning, so easy and so worth it!

I have used this product with great results. Nails and hair have improved, my joints don't ache at night. I have tried various other products, ones that claim to do better or be the best on the market, they're not. I always came back to Vital Protiens. Only product for me.
