These say you can add them to hot or cold products and I disagree. I dont drink coffee so cold products are all i do. I tried multiple different cold and room temp drinks (soda, water, Gatorade) and each time this stuff formed a giant ball of goop that would not dissolve. So gross. I returned them.

Dissolves we’ll I’m hot beverages-not as well in cold. Not sure about effectiveness yet as it takes more time. I’ve used this for a more extended time last year on a daily basis. Have not been using long enough to notice any changes. I have tried in my coffee a couple of times, but I can't get past the taste. It does not dissolve in ice cold drinks especially in wine. I did mix with some fruit punch and it taste just like Jello. So, if you like Jello I would recommend mixing with room temperature fruit punch before adding ice.

Works for me. I notice hair thicker and growing fast. Nails strong and growing. I would trim my nails once a week and it would take a good month to grow, but now once a week and they are back to the length I cut the week before. I just let them grow now. Not sure about how it’s helping my joints yet.
