Ironic that Sam’s Club send an email saying “give us the scoop on your recent purchases,” and the plastic scooper is no longer included in the tub of collagen. It was delivered to my car curbside and did not know it wouldn’t have the scooper. I would have saved my last one instead of recycling it if I would have known the scooper is no longer included. It is essential for measuring and scooping. Not happy.

I've been taking this product for years. This year supposedly ingesting 30 grams of protein per day. Well, my blood was just tested for protein and I'm below normal. I think this is not a good enough product. I'm very healthy otherwise. Here, all these years, I've been thinking I am getting the protein I need, only to find out I'm not. Don't bother buying.

The most important thing is that Walmart sold me a 24 ounce tub of vital proteins, collagen, peptides that had a recall on it, which had plastic in it. It’s very concerning because this recall happened quite sometime ago but yet you still shipped it to me. This is very very disturbing.

I like that it dissolves immediately in any hot liquid. Another brand I was using was left in clumps. What I don't like is the new paper container because it is easier for pests to get into, and it doesn't store well in the freezer which I store it in. I usually purchase 4 at a time.

At first I was afraid I wouldn't be able to open this new container, but at home it was only slightly difficult for me as I have arthritis in both my wrists. I then transferred the contents to one of my used plastic containers from previous purchases and it is more convenient for me. I use this for my bones and joints and hope it keeps me from further deterioration of both, as I already had 1 hip replacement and have low bone density.

As long as Sam's continues to carry the best of products, I will remain a shopper there. I would prefer that they carry even more health related food items such as organic and more foods that are NOT processed with unhealthy ingredients. But this is a very good start.

My doctor recommended Collagen Peptides, said that he gets his own at Sams Club, so I shopped at Sams Club, had to ask two people where I might find it, but finally gave up and returned to home without it. I then found it on line and had it delivered. I find that the "unflavored" product does change the taste of my coffee, but it is a pleasant change. I'm pleased with the product, and will search more diligently at the store next time.

It was bad enough that you had to buy another brand collagen to find a scoop, but now you have to buy a storage container too. The new packaging WILL NOT keep the product fresh till you finish the container. I bought 4 of these via shipping and it will be the last I buy. I am tired of spending extea money (meaning outside the product itself) for this brand of collagen. It's just not worth it. The product itself is great but they changed the pkg to make it worthless.

I LOVE this collagen protein powder! It mises easily, has literally no taste when mixed with just about anything and really helps with my joint pain and stiffness. I do have to say that the new packaging they went to is terrible. I dumped mine in my old container

We have used Viral Priteins Collagen for about three months in attempt to lessen my chronic back pain. Believe it or not, I actually have less pain! My joint movement also feels more fluid, less stiff. On a side note, my hair is thickening, too, which should not be surprising!
