I bought the small canister just to try it and see if I liked it and to see if I got any benefits from taking it. I did notice a difference in my hair and skin. And it's so easy to take. It dissolves completely into my morning coffee. I was so happy with the product that when it was time to reorder, I ordered the larger canister.

It doesn't have any flavor so I can make whatever delicious fruit or green smoothie I want and just throw the powder in. So far, I'm really happy with this product! I put 2 scoops in my (hot) coffee every morning and I'm impressed with how well it dissolves and that you can't taste it at all. I did try it in water once and wouldn't recommend lol. I've only been using it for a month and haven't noticed the benefits yet (like hair, nails, etc) but I'm hoping to see a difference in the next couple months!

Honestly I love this company, their products and dedication to sustainability. I use this product in my morning smoothies every morning and have noticed a huge difference in my hair, nails and skin. Plus I love the extra protein, which helps me stay full well into the lunch hour! (also odorless and tasteless, mixes in well to smoothies, oatmeal etc)

I have tried many collagens and this is the best one-so far. It dissolves easily( I pour it in my coffee every morning). I love that it has no taste either. It does have a small scent, but definitely not a big issue. I love ho fast my nails grow now. Not only that, but my hair has stopped falling out as much. It’s cheaper here at Sam’s and a part of my everyday routine. I also bought the chocolate flavor and excited to try it! Definitely recommend! As I get older, taking care of my skin, my health and my joints is a must and this definitely comes in handy!

I started taking vital proteins collagen peptides about 3 months ago. I bought it mostly for my joints. I have noticed my skin and nails are much better. My nails used to break and peel. I'm still waiting to see if it can help my joints. I have osteoarthritis. My back and knees have had surgery, I'm hoping it will prevent other issues with my joints. I recommend giving it a try. If you order through vital proteins program it will save you money. You can't taste it but i have found it blends better in hot water. If you want a smoothie try mixing it in hot water before putting it in a cold before mixing.
