I really enjoyed this product but a have a few comments about it. First off this product only blends well in warmer liquids. I used it a lot in smoothies and it became chunky. I showed a crazy improvement in my nails but not necessary skin or hair. I'll have to continue to take it to see improvements... :) overall great!

I have been experiencing low back pain from arthritis. My doctor told me to try this and give it at least 6 weeks to decide if it would help… After about 8 weeks of taking this I can definitely feel significant relief. The longer, thicker hair and long, strong beautiful nails are an added bonus. I just add a scoop to my morning coffee and don’t even know it’s there. Flavorless and no texture. Do Not, I repeat, do not expect this from the creamer!! Yuck

I use this exclusively every morning in my coffee. Blends right in, no effect with taste and I am getting benefits of both high quality protein and collagen peptides in one swoop. If I am feeling extra spicey, I'll have two cups and then I am good to go until lunch. A perfect morning ritual that makes me so happy and healthy.

I bought this product about a month ago and so far so good. I mainly mix it with my whey protein shake since it doesn’t have a flavor. My fiancé drinks it with his coffee and he said it is perfect because you can’t taste it so it won’t ruin the taste of your coffee but you will definitely be getting the benefits of the product, which is the ultimate reason why we bought it :) I think it is a good supplement for those who don’t like to get products with flavor so you can mix it with anything

Best Collagen I have ever tried. Bought initially for digestive health, but really helps strengthen my weak nails and dry skin as well! I love using it to add more protein to soups, tea, and any other hot liquids. I've even used in chili and tomato sauce. Doesn't alter the taste in a negative way at all. I have been using since recommended by blogger, lilsipper in 2018 and have been a loyal customer ever since.

I have been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for approximately 2 years now. What I have learned is consistency is key. It took about one month to start noticing my hair and nails growing faster and being stronger. I've been using this product for a few years. I definitely feel like it has been beneficial for my skin and hair. My favorite thing about the Collagen Peptides is that it dissolves so easily and there is no weird texture or flavor or aftertaste. It just disappears. I've mixed it in coffee, tea, regular lemon water, and you don't notice it at all.
