This was my first choice after much research on collagen peptides. I suffered thinning hair due to a medical condition and achy joints from many years of running and working out. I have been drinking Vitas about 3 weeks and have noticed my hair is growing quicker and feels better. Also the pain in my joints is markedly better! I will continue to use Vitals with anticipated results! I will also note it quickly dissolves andhas little to no aftertaste.

So on my container of collagen peptides, the serving size is 4 tbsp. The recommended serving size is 10-15 grams a day, which is about 1-2 tbsp. Then on the bottle advertised above, the serving size is 3 tbsp. You used to include a scoop that was 1 tbsp and recommended 1-2 scoops. You guys are all over the place. I'm not feeling very sure about my decision to buy from you. Restore my faith and explain why so many different serving sizes???

This stuff is just amazing. It has helped my hair grow tremendoudsly. My nails have grown so much and they are nice and strong. My skin was always nice but feels even nicer. Unlike some products out there...this Gem really works...There is no after taste...and you can mix it up with anything from your green matcha tea to your favorite smoothie. No clumps ...just shake it up in one of those containers and voila. I truly love it and depend on it. Try it and you just won't regret it.

First of all, this is my first ever supplement powder ever taken, so I might not know how the others out there taste like. But here's my honest opinions: - I hate the taste and the smell of this product. I thought unflavored means unflavored but I guess it's not. I have read reviews that it does have a smell, but I didn't think it would be this bad, tbh. The taste also made me feel like throwing up at one point, and I only used one spoon, not even the recommended 2 spoons. I added it to tea to make it taste better. - My skin does seem to be more smooth and better, but at the same time I'm not 100% sure if it's actually from this product, as at the same time I had started increasing my exercising, eating better, etc. so unfortunately I can't be sure if it's actually because I started using this. - I wish there was a sample/trial period so I can try out the products and see whether I like them or not. But I'm sure that's why there's no sample/trial period because this product smells/tastes so bad I probably would not buy it and forcing myself to use it if I didn't buy the container already.

I mix this into my morning latte, and don't taste it but appreciate the creaminess it adds. I started taking it 5-6 months postpartum, so I can't fully attribute changes to the supplement versus the natural course of things. I tried mixing this with a cold beverage once, and it was really disgusting and got very chunky. Product is more expensive than others on the market, so I may try another brand to compare.

This is an exceptional product. It’s helped my disks in my back, my face, and easily dissolves in hot liquids. I use it in tea with the keurig, put it in Ramen noodles, mashed potatoes, anything needing extra protein. I find it clumps in cold liquids thus I dissolve it in hot or warm liquid and then add ice if I want a cold option. Unflavored is unflavored.
