I have been using this for a while now, almost exclusively with matcha and a splash of milk for a protein latte after a workout. It pairs nicely with the umami of matcha, or in something like a soup. The couple times I tried it in something else, I could definitely taste the "beefy" flavor. My hair and nails seem so much healthier since adding this into my routine.

I absolutely love this product! It took about two weeks before I started noticing a few changes. My hair felt thicker, stronger and shiny. I had a few people at work ask me what I was doing different with my hair and why it looked so healthy! My nails went from needing to be cut every week, to every 2 days. Lastly, my skin felt less dry and much more supple after about a month. I am definitely going to stay on it!!

I’m on my first bottle of collagen. I know few people taking collagen that I decided to try it. I use it on my smoothies in the mornings. One thing I found is that it creates some constipation and to alleviate this I’m taking Miralax. I wish there was some informational side effects on their website for future new buyers.

I use on my smoothie or sometimes mix on my juice or tea. It's great cuz is tasteless and doesn't bother my stomach. I've also noticed my skin more glowy specially my face! I guess the rest comes gradually since the skin it's a such large organ! I recommend to family and friends!

I love my individual travel sticks that I order! I travel a lot for work so they are perfect for me to take on bus, car, plane, etc. I have also noticed such a huge difference in my hair and nail growth! I'm a nail biter but mostly because my nails break a lot, but as of late since starting to take Vital Proteins collagen, I don't break nails nearly as often. Plus, the shipping is super fast. Received my first package in less than 24 hours from ordering!

I am not sure if it’s doing anything for me just yet. I just finished 1 canister. I started 6/9/22. I think my skin looks a little better. I started taking Vital Beef Liver capsules as well. My knees are feeling better! Kneeling doesn’t hurt as much at the gym or dancing! I really believe it’s the capsules So I don’t know which one is helping with that. I’ll continue with the powder. Give it time to kick in. Definitely, going to keep taking the capsules!

Honestly, this would also be good in a hot tea. The texture in just water (like a glass or bottle) is weird but if you can get past that then it does have multiple uses. I find that I run out of the smaller container fairly quick and wait awhile for my next order. I've been using this for about 3 months and I'm not sure that I see anything with my hair or skin. I also keep in mind that it benefits the joints as well which is something we can't see. I think this is wonderful for us coffee drinkers who want to think of our health. There is very little flavor to it, you might get it in the back of your mouth a little bit. I drink flavored coffee and don't get it at all. Sometimes I do with a smaller cup but it is not at all something that turns me off of using it.

I bought this a month ago and I noticed a difference with in a few weeks. My nails are growing and r stronger. My hair is stronger as well, not falling out as much. I was hoping that it would help my joints as well but not yet. I will continue to use. I have no problem at all mixing into my morning coffee, I think it does give it a creamery taste as I use coffee mate creamer.

I'm still experimenting with this product. I've used it for about a week now and can see sure signs of my acne clearing up and my hair seeming a little longer than it normally would be without the product. The unflavored collagen peptides still have a flavor if used with the directed amount which is two scoops. That's the downside. I can only use one scoop and even then, I can still taste it faintly. I figured out a good trick- I mix mine with La Croix sparkling water. The carbonation masks the flavor. Just a little bit of advice for anyone who feels the same as me!
