I’d used Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for 2 years and loved it. For some reason I quit using it for 6 months and I could tell a difference in my hair, skin and nails. I’ve started back, 2 months ago, and can already tell a difference. My hair, skin and nails thank you! My hair feels thicker, my skin just seems to be more luminous and my nails are stronger with less peeling.

This is bittersweet. The first tub I purchased took a while to get here (I'm in Canada), but was well worth the wait. The product was amazing! I noticed major benefits with my skin. Breakouts became less/none, texture and tone were even..it was great! My nails were also super strong and growing quickly. Of course I decided to purchase another tub. Unfortunately, the quality of this one wasn't great. It clumps regardless of liquid temperature and does not dissolve well at all. For the shipping and duties I have to pay for the product, I'd like to see more consistency in quality before I'd purchase again. It's a shame because the first tub was great! It's just a bit expensive to gamble on whether or not the next tub would be like the first or second one I got.

This product arrived arrived about one month ago, and much to my disappointment, it's already empty. It dissolved nicely into my hot coffee each morning, and didn't have any taste at all. I didn't notice any improvement to my skin, hair, or nails, but in all fairness, I only used one container. Be aware when first opening - the tub will not be completely full. That said, the environmental impact of tossing these containers out with such frequency does not outweigh any potential benefit for me. I'd consider if the company sold larger volumes in sustainable packaging.

I put 1 scoop in my coffee every day. I love it and have been using Collagen Peptides by Vital Proteins for months. There is no taste but it gives me a little boost in the morning and helps my skin. I will continue using it because I have noticed a difference.

This product was promptly shipped and received which I appreciate! It blends well in smoothies and has a good consistency. I can’t tell if it is benefiting me health-wise. I eat really healthy already so I’m just unsure about the health benefit part.

This is a great product and it is kosher which is so amazing. I am close to 50 and was working on truing to lose a few pounds bec i know once I hit this age that’s it. You can’t lose weight. This made such a positive affect on my digestive, my hair my nails. I live it. My girls started using it too. So greateful there is a product out there that does what it says it does. It doesn't work the same for everyone. I recommend trying out the single packs for two weeks and see how that works out before buying the scoop servings.

I've been on this stuff for almost a month. I can't say I've really noticed any major differences in my skin nor nails. Perhaps it takes more time? This stuff tastes absolutely awful. It mixes better in boiled water, and I mask the taste in a strong green tea. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to swallow this stuff. Will give this product about 3 months to determine if I see any changes and if this stuff is making any difference.

Overall this collagen is a good one. I've been using this brand for a little over a year. Over the past 3 years I've tried several different brands and collagen types in search for the one that fits all my needs. Just for reference I'm 52 yrs old, in good health and weight and regularly workout at the gym. I am wanting a collagen that addresses anti aging skin benefits, supports healthy joints and bones as well as healthy hair and nails. Due to hereditary traits, I already have severe arthritic hands. Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides works pretty well for the arthritis in my hands comparatively to other brands but as a downside, I feel like my skin is somewhat dry and non hydrated even though Vital Proteins contains hyaluronic acid. So I recently strayed for a couple of months to a competitive brand that also has hyaluronic acid. (FYI- Not many brands contain hyaluronic acid). This other brand also contained 5 types of collagen vs. Vital Proteins containing only 2 types. The other brand most definitely made my skin feel softer and more hydrated- I'm thinking because it had the added marine collagen in it, but it did not help with my aching arthritic hands at all. My hands ached so much that I ultimately came back to Vital Proteins. With that said, I wish Vital would come up with a collagen blend that fits all of my needs. My summary of Vital Proteins- Pros: Dissolves completely into hot beverages, has no taste, helps with arthritic hands and has the added Hyaluronic Acid, but I wonder if it's doing anything as it lacks skin hydration effects. Cons: Skin feels and looks dry

I have this every morning in my coffee and I it keeps my skin looking awesome! It’s less dry, even in the winter and it makes my fine lines much less noticeable. Takes about 30 days to see a real difference but super worth it. I tell everyone about it!
