I started this product Feb.1, 2021 and it is making a huge difference in my body. I am 53 years old and have not been able to eat the amount calories I needed to get the amount of protien my body needed any longer and had lost a lot of muscle tone over the last few years. Now, I feel my body changing, firmness returning and my skin tone is really good again. I noticed my sweetheart looking at my legs the other day and for the first time in a long time, I didn't cover them up. I love this product. Dissolves right in my coffee, no taste. Couldn't ask for a better product.

Added this to my daily regimen at the recommendation of a friend, mainly to help with flexibility and joint pain. What I got, in addition to that, were happier nails and incredibly smooth skin. I certainly must have needed this extra protein! I am on a subscription for the foreseeable future.

I’ve used this product for years. I mix it in my coffee every morning. I’m 54 years old and collagen loss is not an option. Not only has this product helped keep my skin stay healthy and youthful but it has also helped me physically stay strong and healthy. I Definitely recommend this product. I have been wanting to incorporate collagen into my routine. I tried a liquid form made by another company for a few months. But I saw no difference I decided to get this a try. I put it in my morning smoothie. I’ve been using it for a month. I do notice a difference in my skin which I was wanting to see improvement.

I have been using for 4 months. I originally purchased for my achy knees and hips. I have damage from running on pavement, being thrown from horses and working on my feet for 30 years as a nurse. I love how easy it dissolves in my morning coffee so my routine isn't thrown off. I can tell the difference, after a long day running up and down the halls I could never get comfortable at home. Now I can and I'm about pain free and less "creaky" feeling. It isn't a cure all but it sure has made my days more manageable. I purchased fully understanding it doesn't dissolve well in cold or cool liquids but I only take it once a day in mornings so I don't have any trouble and I use a milk frothy to mix it in my coffee. My son tried it in cool juice as an after workout drink and it clumped. He will start with lukewarm water first now.

I drink this in my coffee or tea every morning, my nails are stronger and break less often. My skin looks firmer and lines have decreased. Great product! I’m 62 years old and like natural products & this works for me. Trying the vanilla coconut bar too.

I've been taking it since January so I think if it was going to work it would have by now. I will keep taking it for the protein though and because it's so easy to add to a drink and it's clear and tasteless.

My doctor told me to stop taking the supplement and 2 weeks later blood work was repeated and iron levels were lower!! My white blood count was also extremely low…we are still monitoring that!! Yes my hair grew very fast!! But not thicker!!

I bought this a month ago after my doctor recommended it for sore muscle recovery. I mix it in a hot beverage in the morning and cannot even taste it. I don't know if it is helping with muscle recovery because I am on a new rigorous program, but my fingernails, skin and hair look better. My nails and hair have grown, and my skin looks more even.
