I have this on auto ship [monthly], use 1 scoop a day, this bottle last me 23 days, can't taste it in my morning cup of chai tea latte [hate coffee]. My nails grows very fast, but not sure on hair growth [hoping to add their hair boost vitamins on my auto ship when it restocks]. Adore the fact it has vitamin c made in this + the powder is very fine/smooth !

The first time I ordered two 20 oz. tubs was great. I could actually see results after three months (and so could my husband-- completely unprompted since he didn't even know I was taking a supplement). The powder dissolved easily and without a trace in both hot and cold beverages. The second time I ordered, I was less impressed. The powder is not dissolving properly, not even in hot coffee or tea, and instead forms highly unappetizing, gelatinous blobs. This was especially unpleasant in a cold drink. I ended up having to chisel off the hardened mass stuck to the bottom of the glass. While I'm impressed with the effectiveness of the product, I'm a little hesitant to spend this much money on something that doesn't quite deliver on its promises.

This stuff is amazing! After drinking it everyday for a few weeks, I’ve notice my hair is shiner. My skin is softer, and since I’ve lost a lot of weight, this has made my skin snap back nicely. My nails are also stronger and my acne has cleared up and my face is so much smoother ! Also, I mix this in with orange juice and I don’t taste a thing. This is a must have !

I had acne issues and suffered from some minor digestive issues. I am a D2 volleyball athlete, and an 80/20 when it comes to food, but mostly healthy! I couldn't figure out why my skin suffered. But since I've started the collagen, I've noticed improvement in my skin appearance and I couldn't be happier! And I know digestive health has so much to do with skin and acne, so there you go! Very happy with the product and the service and will continue to buy and hopefully try more of their products and pass it along to more college athletes!

I noticed my hair and nails seemed stronger within a month but I take so many supplements for hair and skin I wasn’t sure if it actually worked. I switched to a diff brand and my hair and nails weren’t doing as well. I went back to vital proteins and have realized it does make a difference . Stronger hair and nails. My skin also looks more youthful. I never write reviews but I do believe icollagen makes a difference . Vital proteins is used by dr berg and I have faith and confidence in his opinion.

I have bought many containers of the plain collagen before, all have been easy to dissolve and had no odor or flavor. This batch was off! It smells putrid when I open the container and doesn't dissolve well. Also leaves a lingering flavor in my tea. Buyer beware, it's not always odor and flavor free. Hopefully the next one will be better.

I wanted to try this for a month or two to see what effects I would have. Well my nails grew like crazy. They grew thicker as well even in the first two weeks. So obviously my hair grew and my teenager's hair grew even faster. But the biggest surprise was my skin. I looked at my arms and legs and the crepey skin is drastically reduced. At least by 50%. I was not expecting that. All this in about two months. I mix it in herbal tea. It does dissolve well.

After taking the Collagen for a few months, I noticed my nails becoming stronger. Sometimes it's hard to use the nail clippers on my nails. I am pleased with the quality of the Products and I am looking forward to trying some more of the Vital Proteins Products. Vandana

I had tried numerous brands of collagen power before giving Vital Proteins a try and it has proved to be the best overall. Previously, brands I had tried that was labeled as unflavored always had a very bitter, hard to stomach flavor show through. In many experiences, I've had to drink it quickly as the flavor was almost unbearable. This truly has NO flavor and is a great addition to smoothies or hot drinks. I've also noticed when I mix it into hot drinks I do not even have to stir as it dissolves so well.

It’s misleading that the unflavored collagen peptides is labeled as tasteless and odorless because it’s not true. There is actually a very strong and unpleasant (to me) taste to the product and it’s especially noticeable in water and tea. I haven’t been taking it long enough to see changes in my body so I can’t comment on that yet but I have also reduced my intake to one scoop a day because the taste is so bad.
