I have been using this product for about a month now and I have to say its a great way to get collagen! I put it in my smoothie every morning, I do not taste it and it mixes perfectly. I bought the packets to begin and can totally see a difference in my skin and well being. I was a little disappointed they only make a 20 count, as this would not be enough for the month. Also one packet is only 10mg. My use would be for 20-30 mg per day.
