I started taking this collagen a friend of mine recommended I was scared at the beginning because the taste, but I was wrong is the best collagen you can take without any flavor I put everyday in my coffee and it doesn’t make any difference in my coffee I just love this product, my husband started noticing a big difference in my face now he is using it too.

Been using this product for 4 years daily. Easily mixed into my coffee, tea, yogurt etc. love the protein and collagen boost it provides. Last year the company did away with the scoop in the interest of saving the planet. I was ok with that BUT now they’ve totally changed the container. This has shortened the expiration length on the product which is a bit sad. The container is now cardboard like most oatmeal canisters. This is also a bit sad. BUT whatever research genius’ decided to innovate the lid and safety seal design need to apologize. Anyone with dexterity issues or is without a friggin tool kit is screwed. I will not buy the product t again once my “new and improved” canisters are emptied.

Started using vital proteins collagen peptides about 6 -8 weeks ago. Usually, I mix 3-4 spoons of it in my daily morning coffee. I purchased to help me with all it is noted for. I think my skin is improving, but not positive on that, I have noticed I am not losing as many strands of hair in the shower drain and hairbrush. It has definitely made my fingernails & toe nails noticably stronger. I can not easily tell if it is helping my joints, but I feel it is a positive addition to my daily care routine, because I believe this is helping me overall. I really like this collagen peptide. I still have the plastic scoop that they used to come with, since they no longer include it. I use two scoops in my coffee and also when I make my protein shake I’ll use a few scoops. It really helps my hair and nails grow and my skin has a nice complexion.

I decided to try this and added it to my morning shake… easy to scoop in and shake up with my other powders. My nails are growing much faster than usual. I have only used this a couple weeks, but I don’t think it’s hurting. I will keep it up and see how my body responds. So far, so good.
