I decided to try this and added it to my morning shake… easy to scoop in and shake up with my other powders. My nails are growing much faster than usual. I have only used this a couple weeks, but I don’t think it’s hurting. I will keep it up and see how my body responds. So far, so good.

I have not used the vital proteins collagen yet as there is a binding legal agreement on the top under the cap stating you are basically releasing them legal responsibility if you wind up having any adverse reactions or medical complications from this product.

This collagen is a little stronger tasting than the one I was using before, but I can add a little cinnamon for the great price! There was some complaint about there not being a scoop included any more, but I applaud Vital Proteins for discontinuing that craziness! 4 tablespoons is 1/4 cup. You’re welcome.

This product is not flavored and mixes great in my morning coffee. Last time I ran out... it was about a week after and I started aching all over. My joints hurt too. So I immediately went to Sam's and bought more, after a few days I started feeling good a.gain. I'll never run out again!!

I bought this based on its reviews, but the container collapsed and broke spilling all over. The bottom was tearing already as I could see, and eventually broke open because of the volume in the container. I was very disappointed and frustrated that I was NOT able to use it. Could not return it or even get a replacement.

This is an easy way to get protein in the morning. Two scoops in our coffee and fewer cravings for cheese danish! Since our adult daughter introduced us to this, several other households now use it, now no need to bring it when we visit. I don’t taste it at all in my French roast coffee, have detected a slight taste in mellower coffees.

Started using vital proteins collagen peptides about 6 -8 weeks ago. Usually, I mix 3-4 spoons of it in my daily morning coffee. I purchased to help me with all it is noted for. I think my skin is improving, but not positive on that, I have noticed I am not losing as many strands of hair in the shower drain and hairbrush. It has definitely made my fingernails & toe nails noticably stronger. I can not easily tell if it is helping my joints, but I feel it is a positive addition to my daily care routine, because I believe this is helping me overall.
