This is so helpful as a protein source while traveling! I travel frequently and never seem to be able to keep up my nutrition 100% while I'm away. Protein bars are the most portable, but usually filled with sugar (15-20+ grams) which I'm not crazy about. I bought the vital proteins collagen peptides individually packaged servings. I think it's half a serving per packet, but that's fine with me because I'm small and usually just use half a scoop of whatever protein powder or supplement I'm using. They're perfect size to throw in my bag. I stir it in my coffee in the morning or mix it into a smoothie if I'm at home. It really helps my skin stay clear (I usually am breakout prone) and keeps me energized all day! The best part is it's totally flavorless so you forget that it's even in your drink! Highly recommend this product.

Great product! I have chronic lyme disease with horrible joint pain. I've been using it for a couple months now and have noticed a HUGE difference. I no longer have all the pain in my joints like I did before. I put two scoops in my coffee every morning or just in water. It dissolves great in coffee, Not so much in my water but I don't mind it. It does have a little bit of a taste difference but it's not awful. Also be sure to watch because Sam's has it on sale with $7 off original price every now and then. Definitely would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my collagen peptides! My skin gets complimented on its glow and health. I have tried so many supplements and I like the fact that it can be put in shakes and water and not takes gross like others.

I have a hard time with the taste & smell. It kind of upsets my stomach. I don’t know that I’ve seen any benefits as far as skin, hair or nails. Maybe I didn’t use it long enough. I think I need to try capsules? I also tried to cancel but shipment came anyway - glad they’re letting me return.

I feel I haven’t had it long enough to see it work yet. But it does not have a pleasant taste. I know it has no flavor, but there is a gross taste with it. I drink it with water and I have had to had propel singles to my water as well so I don’t gag. Also it clumps up in juice. I thought it was supposed to dissolve in any liquid.

I purchased this ultimately hoping for joint support. I have yet to notice any effects in that area but my nails & hair are definitely stronger! It dissolves great in hot liquids with no added flavor but have had no success dissolving in cold liquids and smoothies. It is clumpy/gloppy.

I had taken this product daily and religiously during the last few months of last 2021. Due to pandemic I worked from home and wore workout pants(stretchy) but we had to return to the office in February 2022. I did not fit in any of my dress pants. I went from a size 8 to a size 13-14. I went to my Dr. He checked my thyroid. My weight had stayed the same I just filled out. Literally. I felt huge. I was only using 1 scoop in the morning to help with sore joints and it helped and I did feel better. My skin looked great too but I was uncomfortably big so just know that this could happen to you too.

I have to admit that I am hoarding the capsules because I am worried that they will be out of stock again. I take 30 of them a day. I use the powdered green and blue canisters for cooking. I love the way my skin, hair, and nails look and what the product is doing for my gut health.

Initially, this gave me stomach cramps and major bloating when I took two scoops. Everyone on the customer service end was very nice and helpful. I take half a scoop in the morning and half a scoop in the evening now with zero side effects. Hopefully I can work up to two full scoops over time! I’m seeing amazing nail and hair and skin results on even one scoop a day and look forward to more benefits!

Have been taking Collagen for few years but switched to this brand cause yours is more affordable, tasteless & dissolves quickly. Love the auto ship! Although believe you should save on your shipping materials, being plastic, perhaps smaller, thinner cardboard with less bubble pack! Just a suggestion! :)
