Easy to use. No flavor so it can be added to almost anything. Tip: blend your smoothie or iced coffee beverage thoroughly first then add this and blend for a few seconds longer or it will get to foamy.

Good stuff but my first time opening it, I used pliers and more. Finally, once open, I was not confident of it staying sealed so dumped it into a Tupperware. But my dermatologist recommended this.
