I started using Collagen peptides a month ago. The result so far is pretty great! My hair was thinning due to excessive bleaching and nails are brittle due to constant filing at the nail salon. I was very disappointed with product. The container came without a scoop and not enough product for even 3 weeks. Confusing info on what daily amount to use. I used Vital Protein a few years ago and container was much larger and taste has changed . Bitter taste now. I will not be buying again.

Love this stuff !! It's great in my morning coffee and mixes well with no lumps, and it's also good in smoothies. Although I've only been taking it for a short while I believe it's a benefit to my skin and especially my bone health. All Good !!

I was excited to try this product as I was looking for a protien collagen combo. I took this in my morning coffee. I purchased the unflavored however, it did have a taste so I had to add cream to my coffee to offset the taste and continue to stir before I drank it as it would clump at the bottom. I also made me constipated, so I had to use a fiber supplement to offset that. But the worst part was, I gained weight with this product. and I was bloated I counldnt wear my wedding ring. Nothing else in my diet changed, if anything it helped me eat less. So unfortunately this is not a product for me.

I love the product and the NEW packaging. Yes new things take time to adjust to. I'm sure with everyone out there still using plastic or a mason jar we can all find something to trasfer our collegen to. Maybe I was looking or expecting too much. But I tried this product for a month and received my second container. I hadn’t noticed any changes in my skin which is what I was hoping for. I am going to use up the second container and will make a revision if I can see some changes.

A lot of health products, I tend to buy once, then never buy again. They fall short of my expectations for their claims, they don't taste as good as I'd like them too, or I have a hard time working them into the food I already eat, but Collagen Peptids is NOT one of those products. I've bought Collagen Peptids from Vital Proteins 3 or 4 times now. In fact, I'm trying to track how long it takes me to go through this container, so I can get on the auto-ship schedule. I LOVE having a quick and easy healthy protein source that I can easily work into meals or drinks. It's especially great when I'm in a hurry, or want to up the protein in a dish. Sometimes I also just add it to my drink for nutritional boost. It mixes easily with liquid, is clump free, and taste free (in liquids). When I mix it into something less liquidy (ie- oatmeal or mac n cheese), I tend to notice a taste. The taste isn't bad, it's something best described as one of the underlying flavors in the powered cheese from boxed mac n cheese. It doesn't tasty cheese itself, but is one of the flavors in that stuff. How do I consume my peptids? I mix a scoop into my coffee or tea, add it into my oatmeal or mac n cheese to up the protein content, mix it into my yogurt (if I'm not eating an already high protein variety), put it homemade smoothies, add it into my pancake batter....probably other things that I'm not thinking of right now, because it is SO easy to use.

I love that it has no flavor, & you don't even really know it's there when mixed into beverages, especially warm/hot ones. I've been stirring it into my warm water/apple cider vinegar drink in the AM. I've only been using it about a week, but it seems to already be making a difference in my skin. I would certainly keep buying this product, and maybe buy other Vital Proteins products.

Noticed nothing different. Not sure if results may begin after the first container of powder but it almost seemed like my nails were worse when taking the powder. Tastes like garbage but I found either mixing it with oats or lemon/ginger tea masked the taste. Overall won’t be purchasing again. Too much hype made about it between commercials and of course Jennifer Aniston’s endorsement lol. Also it’s not a full canister so seems like a lot of money for little value.
