I'm in the process of experimenting with various vitamins, minerals, foods and lifestyle changes to improve the fucnction of my knees and joints. I added V.P. Collagen Peptides to the list from the beginning. I am a natural skeptic when it comes to claims made by companies and "reviews" from people I don't know. However at some point you can only read and research so much and have to decide to do something or pass on it. I'm very happy I added this product. While I still do have a long way to go to achieve the desired effects and goals I'm after, I've definitely noticed a huge improvement in my knees so far. It's enough of an improvement that I will order this again when my two large jars are gone. Please do read what I am saying carefully. I am in no way shape or form claiming this product alone will cure anything. What I am saying is that after close and careful research the vitamins and minerals as well as diet I have put myself on is definitely working. I am seeing results. And a big component to my routine is the Collagen Peptides by V.P. It's enough of an improvement and beginning success that I do believe the claims I've read from other reviews on this product. That's said, V.P. has been a very good company to deal with so far and I've had zero issues in ordering, shipping and/or customer service. I've been taking this daily (two times a day) with meals for about 3 weeks now. So I am just in the beginning. But I feel the difference and changes are happening. Today's date is 8/21/17

I use 1 scoop every morning in my coffee. It dissolves immediately with zero taste or smell. Since using it consistently for a little over a year, I’ve noticed how quickly my nails grow plus their strength has increased a million fold - I always tell people you could run over my hands with a truck and my nails wouldn’t budge (this from someone with a history of nails that were so frail they would peel). Also, my hair has grown and continues to grow - not length but actual new hair. My hairdresser was the one who pointed it out noticing that I had literal new hair sprouting from my entire scalp - like a human chia pet! I’ve also noticed increased regularity with my GI system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had blood work done for annual physical and My Iron levels were “extremely “ high!!! My doctor told me to stop taking the supplement and 2 weeks later blood work was repeated and iron levels were lower!! My white blood count was also extremely low…we are still monitoring that!! Yes my hair grew very fast!! But not thicker!!

So far is good. It's almost one month. I can't really say much yet. It doesn't have any taste at least to me, dissolves easy in my green tea. About to order another to keep trying it. I do take other supplements so my nails and hair are always growing and strong. Like I said it taste good (no flavor) The container is half way full just so you know. I thought this was weird? I guess they want us to keep buying :)

I've been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for the last 6 months or so. Their online ordering system is super easy to use and orders arrive quickly. The product is great -- I add to my morning tea and know that I'm getting "vital" nutrients into my diet. I really like to have it while I'm traveling too -- I store in a ziploc bag and take it with me for a boost while I'm on the road. I just started using this product so I trust that in time it’s going to do what it says it’s going to do, but I CAN comment today on the taste - they are telling the truth. There is none. Just pop it in your coffee and slurp away, all while becoming more awesome inside and out.

I can't believe how much this helped my hair! I have very thin, flat hair and after using just one tub I noticed a huge difference. My hair is so much thicker and more manageable, my hair stylist even noticed. I've gotten so many compliments, I'm using this stuff forever!

I can't speak to the benefits of taking collagen every day because...how do you actually track that? However I can speak to the claims of being "unflavored" and "easily dissolvable". It is unflavored if you have a strong flavored drink you're mixing it into. If you just put it in water it gives the beverage a viscus quality and smells and tastes like...something, I can't quite place the taste but it makes my stomach uneasy. If you mix it in with a pomegranate tea you can't taste it. This only dissolves in hot liquids. It does not dissolve in cold liquids. It sticks to your spoon or itself and creates a gelatinous bone clump. It's disgusting. That being said, it disappears quickly into hot liquids. Overall, not bad.
