I have only been using this Collagen Peptides, unflavored for 2 months. The only thing I can tell you is that, yes, my nails seem to be stronger. I already have thick healthy hair so nothing different there. I will continue to use this product in my morning coffee for my nails.

I have bought many, many non soy and non dairy protein powders. And most of them taste disgusting. But this collagen powder is tasteless. I mix mine in my little blender with some fruit and ice. I'll even put it in my daughters yogurt or cereal for the added protein. She never can tell the difference.

You do have to give this some time to do its magic, but it is worth the wait. My hair stylist noticed thicker hair and no more shedding. My nails, skin and overall health just feel better and stronger. Use it in warm/hot water, not cold since the mouth feel and viscosity may take some getting used to - but completely worth it!

I've been using vital proteins for about a month now and I can already see a change! I have noticed I'm full longer after I take it, my nails are thick and much stronger. Vital proteins easily dissolves in warm beverages. I put it in my coffee most mornings and can't even tell it's in there! I will definitely keep using this product. Was so excited to try this but after 2 months of faithfully taking 2tbs daily I don’t see a huge difference in my hair,nail & skin quality. I have noticed more gassiness & bloating too. I’ll probably give it 1 more month or until I’m finished with the last cylinder.

I have been using Vital Proteins for about 3 years. I have seen such a change in my hair. I am so glad to find a way to get my product thru Vital Proteins. It is much easier.
