I've been using Vital Proteins Collegen Peptides for a year now and love how easily it dissolves in my coffee. The added protein helps me feel full longer after my coffee and breakfast and I have noticed a difference in the strength of my nails and feel a difference in my joints. Big fan.

I put a scoop of this in my coffee every morning. Can't even taste it. I notice that if I skip it, I'm hungry all day. Plus I recently had an adverse reaction to a fluoroquinolone antibiotic. Giving my body extra collagen has helped prevent more severe tendon damage, in my opinion.

I have been using Vital Proteins for about a year and a half and it has greatly improved my nail strength & hair growth! I even use it as a pre or post-workout if I need some extra protein without any additives. Also I have tried almost all the flavored ones and love those too for different occasions!

I’ve been using this in my coffee every morning for almost 2 years now. I started because after having my daughter I lost A LOT of hair. This is not a quick fix, it did take a while for me to notice a difference, but that just means it’s a healthy true option. I now have so much new growth, my skin is so smooth and firm. Worth it!

I bought this a few weeks ago...i dont look 10 years younger yet, but I'll give it some more time. However, I participate in a lot of high-impact sports and my joint aches and squeakiness (yes, I had squeaky joints) had improved dramatically. To be honest, I didn't expect that. I mix it in my coffee every morning and I don't even notice it. Seriously! I expected a certain amount of grittiness, chunks, or off flavor, but it's as if I added nothing. Crazy.

I always loved this collagen, but it's become really inconvenient that they began removing the scoop. I don't really love that they don't replace it with anything else either. It's the same price, except now you have to buy new measuring equipment. I removed one star for the sudden disappearance of the beloved (and much-needed) scoop. Now I just kind of wing it with a regular spoon. :/

I just wanted to leave a very truthful comment 1. It isn't completely flavorless. It has a taste very much like beef tallow. 2. It doesn't mix easily into cold liquid with a spoon and becomes clumpy. It would probably work better with a mixer but I was using a spoon. 3. It's very sticky 4. I thought the jar would be full not 3/4 full. I haven't seen any results as I have not been using it long enough but do plan on finishing it. I will be trying a different brand however I think I suspect the same issues will occur.

I've been using the VP collagen protein powder for a few months now, and I have been very satisfied with the product. It dissolves easily in liquids (I use 2 scoops daily in my morning coffee.) I can definitely tell a difference with my nails (they're stronger,) my skin feels more smooth, & I can tell the difference in my hair as well. I will continue to use the product & would recommend it to a friend.

I've been taking collagen for nearly 4 weeks now. Holy cow!! My nails are growing so fast and it's really helping my skin. I also had a bone density scan this past week and that has gone up too. I really do believe it's the collagen. It mixes well and doesn't have flavor. I've put it in water, smoothies, and coffee. I'm really enjoying it.
