I love my Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. My friend recommended it to me and I know the effects are different for everyone but I cannot believe that my dying hair came back to life after a month of using it. A few more months later my nails and skin have improved. I also love that this has protein and I can easily add it to anything I want. I mostly add it to my smoothies, protein shakes, and overnight oatmeal. I'm a happy subscriber!

As we get older our bodies become less efficient at producing collagen.... I just returned from seeing my MD for my yearly appointment & my dr. Said all my lab work was in normal range. She read me my Dexa Scan all normal my mom had osteoporosis but I don’t. My nails... my skin .... my hair are all healthy. I will continue to eat healthy & always include vital protein with collagen- smoothie( which includes a half cup blueberries... a half cup strawberries.... one banana... a half cup coconut water.... a half cup strawberries & two scoops vital protein) each day!! I am on my third container of vital proteins, and I would say the most obvious change in my skin is how soft it is. I use moisturizer regularly, but when I went about three weeks with out VP, I noticed a negative change in my skin. It makes my skin feel very smooth and very soft.

Thank you for this fantastic product. I have health issues with an increasing number of food intolerances and was eating little to no protein. My nutritionist recommended this product claiming there was no taste, smell, or gritty texture. I have tried so many protein powders I thought that could not be possible - let’s see what the hypersensitive person has to say about it... I was a vegetarian, but desperate, so I tried it. I am now signed up to receive Collagen Peptides monthly! I mix Collagen Peptides with coconut water or a veggie juice. There is truly no smell, taste, or gritty texture – it is amazing! I've Tried So Many Anti Aging Products over The Years, Nothing Is As Easy and Effective As VP! I Just Mix It Into My Morning Coffee Or Protein Shake And It's Done! I've Used Other "Flavorless" Supplements, But They Would Still Change The Taste Of My Drinks Or Water. My Glow Came Back Within A Couple Weeks And I Didn't Look As Tired Anymore. Since then I'm taking it every morning with coffee or shakes, takes delicious and I don't need flavor in addition, my skin looks healthy and my joints stronger. I highly recommend it!!!

I've been taking it since January so I think if it was going to work it would have by now. I will keep taking it for the protein though and because it's so easy to add to a drink and it's clear and tasteless.

I began using this product 2 weeks ago and I seem to have less joint pain, especially my knees. I would have given this 5 stars but the taste is awful. I put it in green tea, chai tea, v8 and cranberry juice and the taste was overpowering. Had trouble choking it down. Finally I used Marsala tea and that disguised the taste enough to actually enjoy.

I like the product but my poor rating was based on the new packaging. It was almost impossible for me with arthritic hands to open. I had to use a knife and screwdriver. I understand the need to make this plastic free but there has to be a better solution. I may have to try another product that is elderly friendly.

I've tried others and they either smelled bad, had a funky taste, gave me bad side effects (BAD headaches!!) or didn't mix well. I will never use another collagen powder. My hair is coming back to life & my nails are stronger. I'm 50+, started taking this a couple of months ago. For all the benefits this gives my body, I'm a customer for life. I only wish I would have found this collagen powder and started taking it at 30. I highly recommend this collagen. For anyone who's thinking of buying it, get it, and the earlier you start the better for your body as you start to age.
