I've been taking this for about 9 months now and I definitely noticed a difference after about 4 months. I take religiously, at least 5-6 times per week either with a smoothie or with hot tea. I don't taste it in the smoothie, but when I dump in my tea there is an odd flavor and it's sticky to the touch (not necessarily bad) but worth it for the visible benefits.

I love the benefits of this supplement. It has made a huge difference in improving my muscle and joint health. Unfortunately it does have a strong flavor. Anyone who says different should try drinking it in plain water. I've tried both coffee and tea and it was very noticeable in both. The only thing I've found that does a decent job of masking the flavor is orange juice with a splash of half n half. It has a Creamsicle like flavor, but has a ton of sugar carbs, gets very foamy and even with a blender doesn't fully dissolve so it's less than ideal. If it truly was flavor free it would be such a great product.

My BFF, who analyzes everything was using this product after she fractured her foot; and I had seen the ads with Jen Anderson as well. I am a sceptic so I did not buy into the product and the hype. But I was looking to add better whole ingredients to my wellness routine so I bought a tub. When I first opened it I decided to go ahead and taste to see if it was infact "flavorless"...so I dipped my finger in and took a plain taste....much to my surprise, it ACTUALLY is tasteless...no smell, no taste...then I put it in my coffee...no extra taste, no smell and no weird consistancy. If I am running late...not breakfast... the protein holds me over from 6:30 am - 10:30 when I am ready for a snack. I love it! BTW, I told my husband about it.....Put some in his coffee...he didn't even know it was in there. He's good with it as well. I will be a repeat customer.

I've been using collagen peptides for a couple of weeks. I like the effects so far, but the "unflavored" collagen peptides do have an unpleasant taste and they don't mix well with cold drinks. I'm learning as I go but I was a little disappointed with that factor.

While I have only been taking the collagen for 3 weeks, I believe I’m seeing small improvements in my skin and joints. Love that I can add it to my hot water with lemon in the morning and evening with no aftertaste. I do recommend subscribing to the large size for better delivery and value.

I have this product shipped to Australia. This is a game changer. My nails growing and are strong instead of tearing and peeling. My skiing is looking fabulous as well. I have been taking this in my morning coffee it mixes well and there is no taste which is great. Cannot recommended enough!!

I bought this product to see if it would help reduce wrinkles. Well, not only did it make my skin glow but my nails grew and my hair grew like a weed! I never had nails in my life but now I do. I have noticed less reactions to foods I’m sensitive to and my skin has also improved. I use both peptides and the gelatin. I love the versatility in baking my flatbreads and other recipes.

Both my wife and I use it regularly. We notice it seems to help with hair and nail health and growth. My thinking is that it helps with a lot more internally that goes on un-noticed. I like Vital Proteins and it's a good way to get extra protein. However recently they did away with providing a scoop. Which I saved my old one. Now it's a flimsy Cardboard container that has a Cardboard lid that won't seal tightly!! I put the powder in a Tupperware container. Had I known this I would have saved the plastic one!!! Cheap!!!!
