My Vital Protein Collegen has been a game changer. I have added it into my daily routine and see such wonderful difference in my hair, nails and skin. My recovery between runs also seems to be much quicker. I love this product and share it with everyone I know.

Are usually buy this powder in the big canister… But I bought the single serving packets for travel this time. I have noticed that they clump much more than the powder I usually buy. It makes me wonder if older collagen powder gets put in the single serving packets or if the packets don’t keep them fresh for some reason. I will go back to the big canister and portion out the servings myself from here on out...

I’d used Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for 2 years and loved it. For some reason I quit using it for 6 months and I could tell a difference in my hair, skin and nails. I’ve started back, 2 months ago, and can already tell a difference. My hair, skin and nails thank you! My hair feels thicker, my skin just seems to be more luminous and my nails are stronger with less peeling.

I was skeptical in the past of collagen supplements, but after doing some research and looking at available clinical data on the benefits, I decided to start incorporating it into my diet. I selected Vital Proteins at the recommendation of a relative who is a physician. It has now been about a month since I began mixing it with whey protein in my morning coffee. I am impressed with how well it blends (not too clumpy or sticking to the bottom of the cup). I purchased an unflavored product, but now would like to try some of the other options. So far, I have not noticed a marked improvement in my skin, but I may have noticed some subtle changes in that my skin seems more well-hydrated. As a runner, I also hope it will increase bone density (over time) and help with overall strength.

I started taking this for my skin, but have noticed incredible results on my nail and hair as well. My nails are so much healthy and my hair has never grown this fast before. I put it in my coffee and it doesn't affect the taste at all, plus it dissolves very easily. It is part of my daily routine now!

I contracted covid early on in March and started experiencing hair loss about 3 months after recovery. Thankfully I had thick hair however I lost half of my hair. After researching I decided to use this brand. The decision was difficult as I eat a plant base diet so cow isn't my idea for anything. I noticed a difference in 3 weeks and now that I have been taking this product for almost 2 months I can see new hair sprouting at the top of my head. bought this item because my scalp went through an allergic reaction and started to itch really bad and my hair started to fall out in clumps. I take two scoops in water every day. I havent seen hair regrowth but have only used it for two months. There has been no improvement on my nails either. However, my skin is a different story. Its clear and has this glow to it. One of my patients was complaining about her health (she is 39) and said to me: I know you are significantly younger than I am but..... (I am 47). She nearly fell out of her chair. Another patient texted me shortly after leaving my office asking me what I use for my skin. So if you are looking to use this for your skin, please do so. Use it for your joints. Collagen is also wonderful for the gut lining. I do hope that my nails and hair will slowly start improving as well. Not sure why my skin had such an immediate reaction but not the nails or hair but I am not giving up on the product.

I'm allergic to soy, and eggs so it's pretty hard to find a protein powder I can drink that also tastes good. Thank god I found vital proteins! I love to add the collagen whey to my coffee because I don't taste it and it makes my coffee creamier! I can't wait to try all the other products!:)

I bought this a month ago and it dissolves like a miraculous elixir of the gods, in coffee. I can’t tell yet if it makes my face more youthful but I FEEL more youthful , so that’s something!! Thank you - I found it at my local store, so now I’m buying it from them.. thanks, robin
