I started using this about two months ago and have noticed a huge difference in the knee pain I randomly started experiencing as a 37 y/o woman. Another bonus is knowing all that goodness is going in your body on a daily basis. I use two scoops in my hot coffee each morning and it dissolves wonderfully. I find it can gum up a bit in cold water, but eventually breaks down. I have yet to notice any skin / nails / hair benefits, but I plan on continuing to subscribe because the pain relief is so great!

I used to buy at my local Pharmaca and now subscribe to monthly deliveries. You've changed the formula to include Vit C and Hyaluronic Acid. Since the change it clumps when I add it to my tea, is harder to dissolve, and has a more noticeable flavor. The old one without Vit C and Hyaluronic Acid was better. Then I would just take a Vit C capsule with my tea. Please bring back the old formula as an option to purchase.

I used to LOVE Collagen Peptides Advanced with Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C. However, the new formula upsets my stomach and taste awful, like plastic and dose not dissolve in liquid anymore. Please bring back the old formula. I cannot purchase this product any longer until it is returned to its original formula.

I love the product but the packaging could use an upgrade for auto-ship orders. It would be great if the product was available in a plastic bag and we could refill the containers instead of throwing out or recycling the big plastic containers each month. There's only so many ways and times the big container is reusable.

Love this collagen. Dissolves easily and has no taste. Was very surprised with my recent order. It doesn't come with a scoop anymore? I had to dig my old can out of trash to get the scoop. That's the only negative for me, I don't want to measure/level 4tbs into my coffee. I prefer to use scoop if possible...

I am one week in and haven’t seen a difference yet. It does clump if added to cold liquids so I have a process. I add a little hot water in my cup, add a scoop, mix until dissolved, then add my cold juice. I use pineapple juice and you can’t taste it at all!! I am so excited to see the results.

I love the benefits of this supplement. It has made a huge difference in improving my muscle and joint health. Unfortunately it does have a strong flavor. Anyone who says different should try drinking it in plain water. I've tried both coffee and tea and it was very noticeable in both. The only thing I've found that does a decent job of masking the flavor is orange juice with a splash of half n half. It has a Creamsicle like flavor, but has a ton of sugar carbs, gets very foamy and even with a blender doesn't fully dissolve so it's less than ideal. If it truly was flavor free it would be such a great product.

Why in the world did you change packaging. My collagen is now clumpy because it’s not sealed correctly. Moisture is getting into the box you now have as packaging. This product costs way too much to waste. I’ve been using vital proteins for many many years. This will be my last. It’s ridiculous to package a powder that isn’t sealed tightly.

After a major surgery with major complications and sepsis, I began losing my hair in large chunks. I panicked. I had been taking Biotin and I couldn't tell if it was really doing anything...my nutritionist had stated that collagen wouldn't help and said it can actually work against my diet plan, but I was desperate so I purchased this product. I've noticed that my hair loss has slowed down though I'm told that hair loss from the trauma of surgery and illness will eventually dissipate without supplements so I don't know if its this product or not that has helped. I feel it really can't hurt me to continue taking it for at least awhile. I purchased this product and the lavender flavor beauty collagen and I prefer the unflavored variety. This product dissolves better in hot liquid, but it will break down in cold liquid too, it's just a lengthy process. I cannot simply add the collagen into a glass or bottle that I plan on drinking right away b/c it clumps, but if I add it to a cold drink and set it in the refrigerator overnight, it is completely dissolved in the morning. This product truly is unflavored.
