I bought a tin last year and never started taking until this year. About couple of months ago I gave it a shot and started to see some overall improvement. I just had a bb and sleep very little, I cary him around so I needed something to help with my joints function. I am pleased to say that this works for me. I see less wrinkles (dry) skin on my chest area, more elasticity on my face and amazingly less apparent dark circles!!! Good product. I will not stop taking.

I’ve used this product for years. I mix it in my coffee every morning. I’m 54 years old and collagen loss is not an option. Not only has this product helped keep my skin stay healthy and youthful but it has also helped me physically stay strong and healthy. I Definitely recommend this product. I recently bought collagen peptides from vital proteins, to replace my post work out protein powder. Oh my gosh, I love it! It doesn't have any flavor so I can make whatever delicious fruit or green smoothie I want and just throw the powder in. I was also having digestive issues with the powder I was using before, and now everything is running like clockwork. It's amazing! I am definitely sticking with the collagen peptides for my protein powder, and will likely be trying some of vital proteins' other products due to the success I've had with this product.

I've only been using the collagen powder for a few eeeks. Is but I can already feel results! I'm a very active person and have gotten really into boxing over the last 2 months. Before vital proteins, I was always so sore and it was taking a toll on my muscles and joints. Now, I feel much stronger and my body doesn't feel like it's falling apart!

Let me start by saying that I was skeptical about Vital Proteins but then I bought a jar just to try. After the first week, I did notice a difference in my skin because I normally have dry skin and in just a few weeks, my skin became so moisturized, it was actually becoming greasy! Not a problem for me as that was easier to deal with than constant moisturizing. Then half a year passed and I noticed my ponytail was thicker! I love this collagen powder and when I stopped using it, I realized skin started to become dry again. The reason I stopped using it is because the formula changed. I used to add it to water and coffee with zero clumping and it was odorless and tasteless. Now, I'm not sure what happened. The last jar I got clumps so badly, has little brown specks (no longer pearly white fine powder) smells really weird, and tastes weird too. I nearly gag having to swallow this stuff. Perhaps the additional hyaluronic acid and vitamin C is doing it, but honestly, the taste and texture is horrendous so I had to put them into capsules to swallow. It refused to mix with yogurt and clumped on the bottom of my blender blade.

Hair is shiny & healthy . I had not had a haircut in 9 months It was not dry and no breakage. This is a good investment in your hair & skin. Shipping has not been great due to the covid but product excellent.

After 2 weeks using the peptides, about every other day, my skin broke out like crazy. I had to stop and it took another 2/3 weeks for my skin to go back to normal. This product is advertised as something that will help your skin, but it did the exact opposite. Giving it 2 stars because although it didn't well for my skin, it didn't effect my boyfriends skin, who was taking it as often as I was.

Other reviews say they can’t taste it... oof I can and it’s not good! It’s got a terrible aftertaste. It doesn’t dissolve well in cool water. It made my smoothies foamy. Gonna try to use just half a scoop in tea or something, but it’s hard to stomach the flavor.

I have been using Vital Proteins collagen for about three years now and see a real difference. I love how it is tasteless and useless just melts into my coffee. However lately it's been clumping up which isn't too appealing. Maybe it's just this batch. Otherwise I love the product
