[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been using a collagen supplement for two years and decided to switch to Vital Proteins recently. Am I ever glad I did! It is way more effective than my former brand! The thing I’m most thankful for is the help it’s given me with achy joints. Very much improved with Vital Proteins. My nails are much stronger now as well. It took only about 10 days of use to notice the difference.

My sister raved about this product so I decided to order some for myself. And, I'll fully admit that I was highly skeptical at first. Truly, how many products out there live up to the promises they make? We all know the answer to that: very few. Mostly what we get is disappointment and resentment for having wasted hard earned money on a trash product. Well......I'm happy to report that this product is a rare exception to that rule!!!!! After about a months use (2 scoops in my morning coffee- easily dissolves and its TRULY tasteless) I noticed that my increasingly sparse eyelashes were thickening up! As were my thinning eyebrows! Several months in and I noticed my hair getting healthier looking and I swore it was feeling fuller and thicker. At my next hair appointment my hairdresser confirmed what I had been hoping was true: my hair was thicker!!! I have not noticed much difference in my nails ( but I've got good nails so that's fine) or any major difference in my skin. My face does feel a bit softer but ,sadly, there was no reduction in fine lines or any big difference in firmness or elasticity. Still, the effects on my lashes and hair will. It's DEFINITELY keep me a regular user of this product!

My personal trainer recommended I try taking collagen peptides so I bought the Vital Proteins brand. He recommended it for my joints in my knees but very quickly I saw a difference in the texture of my curly hair and how quickly my hair grew and also my finger nails grew a lot faster.

My best friend is a doctor and since I cannot afford some of the wonderful products she is privy to... I thought I would try this as a way of posting my skin care routine from the inside. Not only does it not dissolve well and you can definitely taste the grassy taste. After almost 2 months I see no difference. My best friend read the ingredients and said mostly this has a lot of salt in it.Hello water retention didn't notice it until I stopped taking the vital proteins.

Although canister says "original" the ingredient list now shows vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. Finding powder is now clumpier, harder to mix. Too soon to see if there any changes in my hair, nails, joints, etc. but doubtful ingesting HA is useful.

I’ve been putting it in my coffee every morning for several months and I’m very pleased with the product! Like the convenience of having it auto shipped every month. I also got my daughter to try it now she’s on auto ship as well! Thank you for such a great product!

My daughter recommended this, so I thought I’d give it a try. I haven’t been on it but two weeks. I like that it’s easy to use. I put a scoop I my coffee every morning. My daughter says she likes the way it makes her feel. I should see some of that soon. I’m hoping it will help my joints, skin, and make me feel good overall!

This product is tasteless yet somehow enhances my coffee each morning. I can’t pinpoint it because I don’t taste it but my coffee is better with it. My hair is shinier, my skin is nicer, my digestive system is better. It’s a staple for me forever. Highly recommend!
