I've tried this item for a month or so now and I notice that some stuff have gotten much better. My nails are back to what they use to be!! my hair is also growing super strong (I've been dyeing my hair since 2010). I haven't seen much changes on my skin or joints though but the changes are not SUPER noticeable so maybe some changes are happening but not visible? not sure. my results are after finishing 1 container (10oz).

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I’m not really seeing results. I had purchased another brand and was happy with that but thought I’d try your product as well. First of all I got more with the other product for the same price and saw results after a month. I won’t be reordering this.

Collagen peptides are my favorite protein powder. They dissolve so easily into anything. I put collagen in any hot drink, salad dressings, sauces, soups, and baked goods! It adds a boost of collagen protein to pretty much anything. Since using collagen, I've noticed that I've been feeling better, my skin is softer, and I'm less sensitive to certain foods. I really think collagen has played a vital role in healing my gut and helping me feel better overall!

I loved the idea of the capsules until I found out how many you had to take and the mg per serving. The recommended dose is 6 pills/3.3 mg, twice a day... Its a bit excessive. Next time I'll definitely get the sticks or another tub instead. WAY easier that way. Love the concept but definitely needs work

First of all I have to get out the needle nose pliers to open the jar!! Not so good for older folks.. If I don’t put sugar in the bottom of my cup it turns into almost like plaster and sticks to the bottom of my cup and the spoon I stir it with. (My cup is stainless steel). It is tasteless and think it does what it is supposed to.

I love how easy it is to sprinkle in my coffee, juice, smoothies, overnight oats etc. This has made my skin glow, my nails tougher and my hair grow faster. Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a little boost especially when your skin gets dry in the winter.

I bought the small canister just to try it and see if I liked it and to see if I got any benefits from taking it. I did notice a difference in my hair and skin. And it's so easy to take. It dissolves completely into my morning coffee. I was so happy with the product that when it was time to reorder, I ordered the larger canister.

I had been taking vitamin hair supplements for a couple of years and really did not see any improvement. My girlfriend told me about Collagen Peptides but I really didn't take her seriously. It's been 1 month now that I take 2 scoops with my favorite hot liquids, I prefer hot than cold liquids otherwise I find the powder get's clumpy. What made me a believer is I've had a split middle finger nail for a couple of years. My doctor told me to start taking calcium and with no luck. My nail continue to grow and split. After one month I've taking the collagen my nails are all long and stronger. And that one finger nail no longer spliting. I love to see in a few months how my hair will look. Thank you!!

I love that when I blend this collagen in with my Matcha it makes it extra creamy/frothy without adding any type of weird taste. My nails are so strong and grow so fast. I feel good getting an extra serving of protein every morning. Sometimes there is a strong smell of plastic, I always hope its just the container and not coming from the actual collagen powder. Maybe in the future they could develop a different packaging option.
