My first drink with 1 Tbls was very hard to swallow. I would never tolerate 3 Tbls in one drink. Definitely won't ruin my coffee with it. Does the hyaluronic acid add a displeasing flavor, or is it still unappealing without it. Not sure I can continue. I was so hoping I would like it.

I'm on my second container and i'm getting excellent results and decreased joint pain. I can't tell too much difference with my skin, but I have to cut fingernails and toenails more often, which tells me that it has to be working on my skin as well.

I feel like I am the only one who feels this way - but I have been using VP collagen peptides for almost 3 months now and I have yet to see major differences in my hair, skin, nails or gut health. I have pretty defined forehead wrinkles (and I'm only 28 yrs old), but I feel like as of late, they have gotten worse. My nails and hair do grow fast but I also follow a very clean, healthy and active lifestyle. I do have digestion issues (occasional constipation and bloating) and the collagen does not relieve me of any of the symptoms. Overall, I am not 100% sold on the collagen. I am disappointed that I have not noticed greater results. ): Yet I will probably continue to buy/take it because I am hopeful that the results will show up eventually.
