Since taking collagen peptides, I feel more energized and my skin has cleared up, and feels healthier. I love that this formul has no flavor so you can mix it with anything!! I usually mix it in my hot tea in the mornings but sometimes I even cook with it, just to add a little extra protein in my meals.

This collagen dissolves so easily into my morning coffee. I have tried other brands, but find that this one does the best job in terms of not clumping up. I have not noticed any residual taste after adding to my coffee, and it still dissolves even with the addition of creamer! I have already noticed an improvement in the thickness of my hair. I am very pleased with this product and will continue to purchase!

I've only been using the product for a couple of weeks. It's really too soon to tell if it's working in any way. It does mix well in my morning coffee. I do all 3 tablespoons at once. After the 2nd day, I didn't notice any flavor difference at all. No negative side effects, but again...too soon to determine if it makes a difference is why I just gave a 3 star rating.

So you leave out the tiny plastic scoop to save plastic, but the giant tub is made out of think plastic. Just another big company trying to say they’re helping the planet but really just being cheap. Make your tubs out of something else or thinner plastic if you really cared.

I have tried almost every protein out there to add to my homemade smoothies and my taste buds and body cannot tolerate most of them. I am so happy to have found vital proteins as it is a true protein source, with no added fillers, and it's tasteless. I can add it to my smoothies as well as my husband's and kids' and they don't complain! I drink smoothies in spurts and I can always tell when it's been a while since I've had my Vital Proteins because my nails will not be as strong and my hair doesn't grow as fast / is weaker. I love that this provides a flavorless protein as well as collagen, which has so many benefits. Thanks for making a wonderful product that I and my whole family can enjoy.

Why did you change your ingredients? It went from this : Other Ingredients: Organic coconut milk powder, natural flavors, silica, organic acacia fiber To this: OTHER INGREDIENTS: Coconut milk powder, maltodextrin, natural flavors, gum arabic, stevia sweetener I’m not liking the new formula

I really don't know if the collagen and the peptides in the powder do anything for my skin but I have fibromyalgia and I break out in sores on my face my neck my chest so I do everything for my skin that I can to hopefully eliminate the source I figure it can hurt I also am getting ready to make a donation up in Chicago for supplies for these women who do need them I do understand what vital proteins does for them I think that is a wonderful thing to do and I don't mind helping someone who needs it and obviously vital proteins also helps these people God bless
