My Vital Protein Collegen has been a game changer. I have added it into my daily routine and see such wonderful difference in my hair, nails and skin. My recovery between runs also seems to be much quicker. I love this product and share it with everyone I know.

While I've only been using the Collagen Peptides for about a month, what I can say is that it is a very easy product to include in your routine. It truly has no flavor, which I like. I have been adding 1 scoop to my coffee each morning. Because it has been only a short time, I haven't yet noticed any physical improvements in my hair, skin, nails, etc., but I know that those may take longer to notice. Overall, I am pleased and will continue to use the peptides daily.

I’ve been using this product for many years. I hate the new packaging totally stinks and I dislike that they took away the scoops! I used my same scoop as the one in previous packaging and the amount per servings is not as listed in the packaging. Seems like they are cheating consumers out.

I've only been using this for 2 weeks or so and can already tell a difference. My joint pain and inflammation has dramatically decreased and I have noticed an increase in energy & better BMs. Haven't noticed much in the way of hair and skin yet but I hope that will come in due time. I've tried several different collagen products and this is noticeably the best. Personally, I'm not crazy about the taste. It's not really "flavorless" and hard to mask the flavor even in my fruit smoothies, but overall, I feel the best when I drink it regularly. It's a good product.

I use collagen peptides and have noticed a difference. My skin and nails are healthier. I think it is helping my hair too. I'm hoping to notice healthier hair the longer I use this product. I put it in my coffee every morning and it doesn't change the taste if anything it gives it a creamier taste.

I’ve been taking collagen protein for a while now. I just realized that my knee joints and my shoulder no longer creaks or feels stiff. I didn’t really realize that this was the only thing I changed. I add it to my coffee every day in the morning. It mixes well and there is no taste. Highly recommend.

So far, I'm really happy with this product! I put 2 scoops in my (hot) coffee every morning and I'm impressed with how well it dissolves and that you can't taste it at all. I did try it in water once and wouldn't recommend lol. I've only been using it for a month and haven't noticed the benefits yet (like hair, nails, etc) but I'm hoping to see a difference in the next couple months!

I've been taking this for about 3-4 months & wanted to wait to do a review. I really like it. My skin looks great. I used to wake up every day with a breakout of some sort. I have noticed a pretty big difference in my skin & I wish I could explain it. Definitely worth it... just try it for yourself you won't regret it. The only thing I recommend is it does have a weird taste to me unless you put it in coffee or hot tea.
