I started using Collagen peptides a month ago. The result so far is pretty great! My hair was thinning due to excessive bleaching and nails are brittle due to constant filing at the nail salon. After a month of daily use, my hair’s getting thicker so as my nails. I used to simply mixed 2 cups with lactose milk. I recently found a recipe on tiktok that I really like to go with it. Orange juice, coconut cream, collagen, and pink salt is absolutely delicious

Starting 7th month. My receding hair line at temples has regrown. Overall hair seems thicker, sadly on arms and legs as well. My eyebrows are thicker and eyelashes are much longer. I have been using the unflavored vital proteins for over 2 years. One scoop in my coffee every morning. I used to love this product until now. It is obvious the formula has changed. The powder is a bit thicker and consistency does not mix as well. There is an aftertaste whereas prior there was not. Very disappointed considering I used to love this product.

I have seen this product so much on social media and i did a ton of research before buying it. I have Crohn's Disease and i have to be so careful buying protein powders like this cause it can really upsets my stomach. i bought the 10oz container so i could just try it and see how i do. I have been taking it for a week now and i have no complaints. It doesn't hurt my stomach at all, It doesn't have a bad taste or texture. I put it in my iced and hot coffee in the morning and i don't even notice a difference in the taste. Even though its only been a week i have noticed a little difference in my skin. It also keeps me pretty full till lunch! I am definitely going to continue it everyday and i cant wait to see more of a difference. I highly recommend this product, even for people who have stomach issues.

I bought this because I want to look like Jennifer Aniston ;) I’m pregnant and I’ve been taking this in my coffee for 2 months now and since day one I have been able to poop comfortably. If you struggle with constipation it really helps to add a scoop to your coffee each morning. I have not noticed changes in anything else like my appearance but I am due to pop this baby out soon and some mamas in my groups swear this helps them heal quicker so... maybe that’s a plus to it too but I am enjoying the comfortable poops daily and will continue my autoship for now.

I was very disappointed with product. The container came without a scoop and not enough product for even 3 weeks. Confusing info on what daily amount to use. I used Vital Protein a few years ago and container was much larger and taste has changed . Bitter taste now. I will not be buying again.

I've just received my second order of the Collagen Peptides and I cannot stress how much of a game changer it has been for me. Before starting it, I was losing quite a bit of my hair from stress and breaking off strands in the shower. I stumbled upon a VP ad one day and decided to give it a try since it claimed to promote healthy skin, hair, and nails. I love this stuff!! I have had little to no hair breakage and my hair feels thicker and stronger! The added benefits to my joints and skin are a definite plus. I add it to my morning coffee and am good for the day. With EVERYTHING going up in price we are getting squeezed from all sides. As long time 20g subscribers, we enjoyed this product and felt it was actually doing some good for our skin and hair. But with the recent price increase we are having to cut this from our budget! Sad for us and sad for companies like this. I hope folks wake up in 2020.

In January I started taking Vital for joint heath and hoping that it would help with my hair thinning problem. For me, the results were immediate (within just a couple of weeks), my hair began to appear fuller on top and I have very little hair loss or breakage. I usually only take one scoop a day. I just wish I'd tried it sooner! I usually add it to a smoothie or my coffee, it does seem to mix better in a hot beverage. You can taste it slightly, but for one cup a day the results I get are well worth it.

I've been using this collagen exclusively for over ten years, adding it to my coffee every day. The quality has always been great, but the recent changes are disappointing. First, they got rid of the scoops. Fine, I saved about six or eight and I reuse them. Now, they've replaced the sturdy, recyclable plastic containers with flimsy cardboard packaging. This new container is completely impractical for a kitchen setting since it can easily get wet and ruined. As a daily collagen user, I typically go through a big container over the course of a month, but I doubt this packaging will even last that long. It feels like the company is cutting costs at the expense of the user experience, so I'm done. There are many good/clean brands available now. Do better VP!
