The product is so innovative, wish the packaging was as well. A flip up lid like those so common on vitamins and herbs is the perfect solution to unscrewing the huge lid twice every morning. Product is a bit less speedy to dissolve than the ads show, but marginally so. Thanks

After 2 years of using this product, I just bought 2 large boxes and noticed 2 things: No more spoons The product is not diluted as usual. In addition, it leaves a whitish stain on the coffee and the taste has changed. Before, there was no barrier stain, no taste and it looked good. What's going on? I had to open the other box to compare, and it's exactly the same: it doesn't dilute well, whitens whites, and tastes weird.

I would like to know what have you changed in this product, other than the text on the the label, from "original" to "advanced", that warrants the price increase? If it is the same product "as we have come to love", why then not say the price is increasing, instead of a long, content-empty email to subscribers? Also, the product is no longer manufactured by a Franklin Park company, it is manufactured "for" that company. Please provide a real answer below, instead of asking me to call or email you. I’m on my first bottle of collagen. I know few people taking collagen that I decided to try it. I use it on my smoothies in the mornings. One thing I found is that it creates some constipation and to alleviate this I’m taking Miralax. I wish there was some informational side effects on their website for future new buyers.

I bought this a couple months ago. My nails have grown . However it is so hard to not be wasteful. The powder does not dissolve in cold liquid even putting it on my blend jet the powder clumps into a gummy consistency and get stuck on the cup . The flavor is tolerable in a smoothie but not in water. It smells horrible. I bought it for my hair and nails. No difference for my hair

I feel I haven’t had it long enough to see it work yet. But it does not have a pleasant taste. I know it has no flavor, but there is a gross taste with it. I drink it with water and I have had to had propel singles to my water as well so I don’t gag. Also it clumps up in juice. I thought it was supposed to dissolve in any liquid.

I have been using this original collagen peptides unflavored for about 4 months. I can honestly tell you I have noticed a huge change in my skin. Healthier younger looking skin. My skin is glowing. Nails growing strong. I haven’t noticed much change for my hair. I love this product. I put it in my coffee every morning. Mixes well. Can’t even taste it in your coffee. I started using Vital Proteins and after a few days I was Facetiming with my husband and he noted that I didn't look so tired and my face was so smooth. I could tell a difference too.
