I’ve been using Vital Proteins collagen for almost 6 months. It helps me reach my daily protein goal and I don’t even have to add it to a shake! It goes in my coffee or tea (hot) first thing every morning! I’ve even made protein bars with great results!! Definitely check this product out!!!

I have used this product for many months now and will continue to do so. I mix one scoop every morning in my coffee. There is no funny taste and it mixes well and basically disappears. I love the benefits of using college. My hair and nails and skin are improved. And I feel good.

I think it’s WONDERFUL that they haven’t included a scoop in their new formula/packaging. I don’t understand why so many people are complaining and giving 1-2 star reviews based on a little *plastic* scoop that you don’t need and only hurts the environment further. Spoons work just fine. I really can’t believe how everyone is up in arms saying, “no scoop where’s my scoop!” Absolutely ridiculous. Anyway, wonderful product, has me feeling great after just a few days. Love your move towards being more environmentally friendly :)

So, I bought into the collagen peptides craze and ordered matcha, gingerbread coffee creamer & 3 tubs of collagen peptides. I figured I would need to give them at least that amount of time (3 months) to reap the benefits. Boy was I wrong. I tried the coffee creamer immediately. I am not the biggest fan of gingery taste in general, but it was the only flavor available at the time so I gave it a shot. The taste is pretty strong, and definitely gingery, but the coffee gets that nice creamy texture and it keeps me satiated and energized for extra few hours between breakfast and lunch. I am currently waiting for coconut & vanilla to arrive and I already know I will LOVE them :) I also love the matcha. It gives me that added boost in the afternoon when I feel like I'm close to crashing. Please make it with vanilla flavor! :) As for the peptides, I have to say for a good month and a half those tubs were sitting on a shelf in my pantry-I just couldn't bring myself to put something that has a picture of bovine on it in my coffee :))) I just kept thinking no way this could be tasteless & odorless. I finally tried it two weeks ago and my first reactions were: a) WOW-no taste, no odor, just a touch of creaminess to my morning coffee which I loved and b) once I have my collagen peptides coffee-I can go and **** my workout and have my breakfast after it, which I couldn't do before. The third benefit is something I really didn't expect so fast, and i literally noticed the difference within a week-my skin is not dry anymore. Usually I would have to bathe in body moisturizer in order for my skin to be nice & smooth, but not only have I noticed a huge improvement, I actually STOPPED using body moisturizer about a week ago, and my skin feels AMAZING. Started on this nearly a year ago, mainly for leathery, extreme dry, aging skin. I’m 72 for reference. Skin is so much better, no more constant itching. Hair is thicker, also. Noticed all these new growth hairs after just about 2 months. The big benefit for me was a surprise. Dry eye symptoms, runny eyes, grittiness, etc., are hardly noticeable. I first thought I was imagining it, but if I miss a couple days, the symptoms come back. I don’t put it in coffee, while this product is unflavored, I do get a gelatin taste. It also doesn’t dissolve well in cold anything. I end up with gooey clumps. So, I put about an inch of hot water in my glass, add the VP, mix a little, then add 2 ice cubes to cool and fill the glass with cran-raspberry juice. I’ve also noticed a variation in the powder as others have mentioned. The first time my container had large crystals and brownish bits, I thought it had gone off, I was about 2/3 thru the container and this stuff was at the bottom. It didn’t smell right either. I threw it out. The next couple I received were fine.

A good friend was putting this in her coffee while we were staying with her. I enquired as to what it was and she told me she takes it for her hair, skin and nails. I’d used Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for 2 years and loved it. For some reason I quit using it for 6 months and I could tell a difference in my hair, skin and nails. I’ve started back, 2 months ago, and can already tell a difference. My hair, skin and nails thank you! My hair feels thicker, my skin just seems to be more luminous and my nails are stronger with less peeling.
