I've only been using one scoop a day for almost two weeks. I am only doing one scoop because I didn't like the taste of two scoops in my coffee. Even though it says flavorless, It changed the taste of my coffee with two scoops. The taste of one scoop is more manageable.

I started out by taking half of the recommended dosage and I would get super bloated and insane stomach cramps. It took several days to go away after I stopped taking it. I thought this stuff was supposed to help with digestion but it made my stomach feel like I actually had issues! Literallu backed me up for days and made my stomach hurt sooooo bad!

I purchased my first canister of vital proteins about a month ago and was excited to try it since I have very crackly knees and joints. The product had a great review and was affordable so I was hoping it would work for me as it had everyone else. Upon receiving my order I tried to mix one scoop with a bottle of water. The powder just clumped up like slime on the bottom of my bottle. I read into it and some people had similar problems and had tried mixing it in their coffee since that was hot. I tried this the next morning and still got the same result with it not mixing in. My final attempt was mixing it in with my protein shakes that I make each morning with my ninja. Again the same problem it just clumps up. While I do understand how collagen works, I was hoping I could find at least one thing this could mix into. I even tried looking at their FAQ’s page and there was no question pertaining to this problem. Very disappointed and hesitant other products may be the same. Aside from that the taste was very tolerable, packaging was nice, and shipping was very quick.

This product has been a part of my health care for a couple years at one scoop a day. 5 months ago I started using 2 scoops a day. My fingernails have always been weak. As I aged, they have also chipped and split. With daily two scoops, I now have great looking nails. Love the chocolate fix I get every day, too...a real bonus.

I am in need of nutritional supplements due to medical problems and the premixed supplement shakes are not pleasant. With Vital Proteins unflavored collagen, I can add it to any liquid, hot or cold, and drink it - even tea or coffee. It’s truly tasteless! Mostly, I make fruit and veggies smoothies with it.

This product arrived arrived about one month ago, and much to my disappointment, it's already empty. It dissolved nicely into my hot coffee each morning, and didn't have any taste at all. I didn't notice any improvement to my skin, hair, or nails, but in all fairness, I only used one container. Be aware when first opening - the tub will not be completely full. That said, the environmental impact of tossing these containers out with such frequency does not outweigh any potential benefit for me. I'd consider if the company sold larger volumes in sustainable packaging.

I have heard so many amazing things about your product through social media. I wanted to give it a go and when I received my protein. I was underwhelmed by how much product was actually in the container. I paid for a 10oz and it was a quarter empty. However, I love your product- but wasn't satisfied with the packaging.

Such an easy way to add protein and collagen to your diet. I mix one scoop to each cup of coffee in the morning. Mixes easily into hot liquid and can’t taste the difference. My nails and hair have never looked bettee - growing in length and strength.

I've been using this product for a week, so its too soon to notice any health benefits. However, the directions on the website and the packaging suggest you can dissolve this in either cold or hot liquids. This simply isn't true. On 3 occasions I've tried to dissolve this into cool (refrigerator temperature - not ice cold) drinks. On all 3 occasions the powder lumped together into sticky/stringy pieces. Considering the price for such a small amount of the supplement, I was disappointed to have wasted several scoops during these 3 attempts. Just wanted to put it out there so others don't make the same mistake *******this only dissolves in hot/warm liquids*******

I use this in smoothies, Bulletproof coffee, etc. It makes a total difference in my skin (not just on my face) and even seemed to reduce the muscle stress I usually have from a six day-a-week workout routine and a job that is often physically demanding. It is amazing. Try it!
