I started Vital Proteins at the recommendation of my chiropractor and it has been helpful with joints and my skin and nails. I highly recommend it.

I put 2 scoops in each cup of coffee. I am able to get a large amount of my daily protein from this tasteless powder.

Dissolves great in hot or cold liquids. Also good to use in baking to add extra protein. Flavorless is nice so it doesn’t overpower any other flavors

Most effective collagen for me (better nails and hair). Almost no taste and liquid was a little thicker; otherwise unnoticeable changes to my drink.

Different package but still the same product and I think it's more in this package than the other one. Love it
