I purchased the collagen for my fingernails and hair. After 2 months my nails have improved. Have not noticed much improvement in the hair.

Have it in my coffee every morning. No taste, no lumps dissolves immediately. You will love taking this. Does go on sale from time to time.

I like the fact that it dissolve in my hot coffee. Does not dissolve in cold water. Doesn't add any flavor to coffee. Although the sodium is high.
