Great product. Terrible packaging. If you have any loss of hand strength or dexterity you may not be able the container or will be need pliers or a hacksaw. I ruined the container and had to put in canister. I expect they will respond with an automated message about listening to the customer and taking their feedback seriously. They won't. It's a cost savings measure.

I put it in my morning coffee. It blends really well and there is no taste. I've only been using this collagen for about 2 months so I think it's too early to really notice a difference. The only problem is that I can't find this exact type (advanced with hyaluronic acid and vitamin c) in the stores so I have only been able to purchase it online.

Been using Vital Proteins Collagen with Peptides for years. Never had an issue, until now. What did you do to the formula? It no longer dissolves quickly and easily, but instead leaves gooey clumps in my glass. Yuck! Maybe it's time to switch. I am all for Eco mindfulness, but your packaging design is absolutely ridiculous and absurdly complicated to open. Also, it's disheartening to finally tear open the final paper cover, only to discover the packages only 3/4 full. You're not a cereal manufacturer. Shrink the packaging and fill it up.

This seems to be a good product, but the new paper carton is a bit of a joke. I have to be very careful with the “lid” because if I ever drop the container, it will be a huge mess. If I had known, I would have saved the last plastic container and the scoop.

this collagen peptides was 23 last week. since I had double knee reconstruction surgeries I was told if I pay the premier membership of $149 a year I would get items delivered. for 3 weeks I tried buying proteins and collagen peptides to from my surgeries but each time I try to cash out 13 out of 15 items were out of stock. way to go Sam's. this particular college in peptide that is no longer on sales and now how your price than anywhere else including GNC who doesn't charge me $150 to walk in the door. if you compare this size 24 oz collagen baptized to the special ice pop flavor 26 oz both are 20 g collagen peptides per serving. both containers are 34 servings for container so I just need an explanation that Sam always fails to answer why is it three tablespoons for the ice pop for serving and two tablespoon per serving on this flavor. how do both containers equal 34 servings? is Sam's club lying about this container or are they lying about the ice pop flavor either way there's a major lie and misinformation going around at Sam's. every single thing I buy at Sam's is the highest price of anywhere else for the same containers same amount. why does Sam continuously ask me to renew my membership when every single time I shop here I feel like I completely got ripped off and I paid $150 for that privilege. every time I shop at Sam's I get it's survey to fill out that says it will be quick only 3 minutes of your time which is another lie as it takes about 30 minutes to fill out their survey. it always ends with can we call you about the issue you're having and I say yes only to be ignored over and over by Sam's club. not only do they rob me of my money by taking a membership to have the privilege to pay the highest price of anywhere around town for the same items but I can't even purchase to have certain item shipped which is exactly why I upgraded my membership before my knee surgeries. what good is a membership who would tell you if items are out of stock which a lot of them are but after 3 hours of shopping and putting items that are in stock and shipping available in my basket only to find out 13 out of 15 items are out of stock when you try to cash out. that is the privilege you get for buying a membership for $149. every item prices gets raised by the highest possible price. I can understand going up a dollar or $2 at a time but most protein powders have gone up over 13 to $15 from one purchase to another and these very collagen peptides containers were 23 dollars when I was trying to cash out for 3 weeks but today they raised the price and all of a sudden they're app might work and cash out? I think I'm getting very tired at the consistency of feeling completely robbed shopping here and this collagen peptide versus the very same brand collagen peptide ice pop flavor labels are so far off from each other it should be investigated because they couldn't scream lying any louder. put them side by side and try to figure out which one's lying

I've used this collagen powder for a couple of years & found it to dissolve easily & was basically unnoticeable in coffee. The latest I bought was different (awful) it doesn't dissolve it clouds the coffee, leaves a froth on top, and it tastes & smells bad. Whatever changed has made me look for a different collagen. Please change it back.

I love this product, been using it for a year now and I can absolutely see a difference in my skin and joints. I know a lot of people don't like the packaging, and at first I didn't like it either but by my second container I got the hang of how to open it and I actually really appreciate the effort to be more environmentally friendly! I works well for me, no issues here.
