I noticed a lot of reviews complaining about the newer packaging. Since I was a brand new user, I was unbiased. I tried the product and… not only does the powder work but there is absolutely nothing wrong with the packaging. If you just open it the way it’s designed, I’m not sure what the problem would even be. As for the collagen, I really think my skin has tightened up some and I look and feel good as far as skin and hair go. I’m going to reorder and keep using. I do wonder if you really need 4 tablespoons per day? It seems like a lot (could you use 3 and get an extra week out of the canister with minimal difference?) but it does dissolve really easily into coffee and has absolutely no flavor. Recommended!

I have always been very pleased with the quality, and packaging of this product, until my recent purchase. This will be my last purchase of this brand of Collagen, unless they switch back to the original plastic tub with the screw-on lids. This new paper/cardboard container is %231, ridiculously hard to open, and there is no way to keep freshness, once opened. The flimsy paper lids are of the poorest design.

Your new packaging is terrible to try to open, I have been at it for 30 minutes and I still don't have it open properly. For anyone that isn't 25 years old with strong hands probably can open this product. I will not be buying another of your products until the packaging is changed and it is easier to open. I have used your products for years, but the frustration of trying to open this is not worth it. When you develop a new product container, make sure that people of all ages have an easy time of opening your product, not someone that is young and healthy. On your package it says pull here don't twist, you got this! NO I don't got this.

I have been using this product for 2 months, and i feel a bit of a difference in my hair and nails. I know this is a little early but the most disturbing part is the packaging. It is absolutely the worst. It is so hard to open the container. I will think twice about ordering this brand again.

We are so disappointed in the oven roasted chicken wings that we bought from Sam’s week and a half ago. When we open the bag, they were freezer burned, but I went ahead and baked them and they’re in some of them had a really strange color to them. I have not heard back from Sams Club about a refund or replacing the product. I’m pretty disappointed.

I can only go by what I read about the importance of protein and collagen. Since I lift weights and also run, I can't isolate feeling better to this product. So, I take it on faith. And, that my trainer recommended it. By the way, I'm 81 Yrs old. However, I do have a question about the product, Recently, I've noticed that when I shake the product into my water bottle, it foams up a lot! This is new. It didn't used to do that. Did you change something in the formula that causes this?

After using it for a few months now, I feel like my skin has changed a bit. Doesn't look too deflated. I figured how to make it almost a "caramel" texture since this stuff likes to clump up if you don't mix well (which happens often with me). Before mixing evreything together I would pour sweet cream and mix the collagen together and it'll form sweet globs that almost mimics caramel! Afterwards I'll add ice to it. Then in a separate cup I would mix my banana nut bread coffee protein coffee with some milk or water then poor it over the ice with the collagen/creamer mix. SO GOOD.

My husband %26 I have put a scoop in our coffee every morning for a few yrs. I originally had him begin for increased protein for energy, and yet, we both have our hair stylist tell us how quickly our hair grows. I noticed that it also relieves the joint pain in my thumbs of beginning arthritis %26 I even told my Dr. how much it has helped. I saved the scoop from previous cartons, but I wish they would return to including it.

We have been using this for a year. It has helped with my husband’s knees!
