Helps Ease Joint Pain!

I have osteoarthritis and have noticed a marked decrease in my joint pain. The product dissolves best in a hot beverage, and you can't beat Sam's Club price! As an RN, I highly recommend these Collagen Peptides.

Don’t take this if skin is acne prone

This made me get horrible cystic acne on my jaw and acne on my back. I know it’s from this because I started and stopped 3 times over the course of a year and the breakout happen when I start taking this.
