I have been using this product for many years and love it. The reason for the 3 stars is I am 78 and have osteoarthritis in my hands. Fortunately my husband can get the product open but not before using a knife. I hate the new packaging. We finally get it open and I put it in a nice, easy plastic container from another brand. Please go back to the easy packaging.

I ran out of this and used another pill version of collagen. It was expensive, so I waited for Instant Savings. i live the product. I do not like the new packaging and the fact it does not come with a scoop. Vital Proteins can do better as far as the packaging and lack of a scoop.

i got the VP Collegen at Sams Club to try out since im now part of the Menopausal group, and nature has decided i need to buy my HRT and other supplements now instead of my body making them. this product was on-sale, so i gave it a try. once i got it home, the all card-board container, while great in theory, is a pain in the butt to open, and once opened, it does not seal completely when closed. so now is susceptible to bugs, humidity, and anything else. l get the company wsnt sustainability, but when your package no longer shuts completely, the consumer stops buying it. The powder doesn't completely dissolve in coffee or OJ, no matter how much you stir it. it has a weird taste tonit in coffee, and OJ covers it, but i do not like drinking clumps. i dont know if it actually works like it supposed to bc who wants to drink a weird tasting, clumping mess every day. The container doesn't seal shut after opening. The product doesnt taste good mixed in anything. I will try to return this item to Sams and see what other brand they have to replace this . i do not recommend this product. Quality control is a no go with the new sustainability change and no scoop provided. To save a penny they lost future revenue with their changes.

Peptides crushed by heavier items in delivery; lid of container came off and powder all over inside of shipping box. This used to be a plastic container, it is now made of flimsy cardboard - VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will not be buying again unless they bring back the sturdier packaging. Requested refund.

I have been using this product for several months now. I can’t really say that it has made a difference in my skin, hair or nails but I use it in my morning coffee and it dissolves instantly (unlike any other protein powder I have ever used) and the protein holds me until 11:00 am which is when I break my fast with my intermittent fasting

Have been using your protein powder for several years. I like this very much, but cannot open your new packaging. With arthritic hands, it is now impossible for me to access the powder. Please improve this or go back to a more easy to open package.

Great product. I use this with morning protein shakes or in my morning coffee.

Walmart up the street now sells it for a few dollars cheaper
