Spent a week in a beach house with 5 Zinus hybrid King mattresses manufactured in 2020. Eight people, with different sleep preferences, and everyone loved them. Only mattress where my husband had total back relief for a whole week! Bought a full-size Cooling Green Tea Hybrid for my adult daughter. She says it's like sleeping on a cloud and doesn't want to get out of it. The box arrived 8 days after purchase using online website (very easy and user friendly). Followed the directions to open. Right away it inflated enough to sleep on but waited the 3 days. There was a difference in firmness from day one to day three, but it could have been slept on right out of the box. Reviews of Zinus mattresses always says there is a lot of off gassing. We didn't smell a thing. Only improvement to make this mattress perfect would be to have better edge support. However, as a short person the dip does makes it easier to get out. I wish this hybrid mattress was available in a Twin XL as that is what my husband and I need for our adjustable bed frames.

I bought a smaller sized Zinus mattress years ago, best sleep of my life. Decided to but the cooling Green Tea Hybrid this time. Not as cool as Id like it, but I'm sleeping better than before.

I purchased a Zinus mattress after a family member expressed how much they like their Zinus. I was looking for a cooling option since I tend to heat up through the night. I have only slept on my Zinus for two nights so far, but those two nights have been the first time in a very long time that I have not kicked covers off of myself and remained a comfortable temperature all night. This mattress provides just enough cooling to counteract body heat without being so chilling that it requires any extra warmth from bedding.

This is the 3rd of this type of mattress I've bought for our family. The mattress is comfy with good support. The spring plus memory foam make it so nice to sleep on. The instructions within the packaging are easy to understand and even humorous: "Watch out, this mattress has ninja skills, so unwrap it carefully" The only con is that the outgassing is taking a while to dissipate. We've had our newest mattress almost 2 weeks, and I can still detect a smell. I would recommend this mattress and the company that makes it.

Purchased for college student's apartment. Student says very happy with mattress. Likewise to other reviewers, the shipping box was falling apart exposing the mattress. The FedEx deliver explained the box is not sturdy enough for the weight of the mattress. Despite this issue, the mattress was sealed in plastic, so the integrity of the mattress was not lost.

This mattress is amazing! I suffer from chronic neck and back pain. I have slept on this mattress for 2 weeks now and I wake up with no lower back pain and my neck pain is less. I sleep through the night which is rare these days (welcome to your 40's right) and wake up feeling not as tired as I used to. Also if you have a partner the individual coils really reduce the transfer from the rolling over. Lastly, there is not a chemical smell. Tip: remove your old mattress and open the packaging on this mattress in the spot you want it to go. Open slowly so it doesn't pop open.

This one is much cooler than my old regular Green Tea mattress. The foam and flexible springs combine for good pressure relief, while still being supportive.

Love this new mattress. It’s very comfortable. Was very affordable. Seems to be just the right amount of softness and firmness.

I do not feel good about the mattress because it does not feel medium firm? It sinks too much. I sleep on my back 3/4 of the time since I am a paraplegic. Then when I try to roll over, it makes it very hard.

Other reviewer said that their bed was short and I didn’t listen so I got a 72 inch bed, which really stinks! Shame of this company selling a bed that’s not even close to being the size they are claiming it is :(
