Amazing TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV overall is very good though I only put 4 stars because of its storage space there isn't enough to have all the apps I want at the same time. The good news that overpowers it was that the TV had Samsung TV plus which is good to replace cable almost replace it. The thing I wanted most on the TV was a voice controller so I don't have to type ever again.

Great tv

Love This Quality!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't believe the clarity on this TV even for movies that are from the 50's!! The enhanced sound boosts the quality/bass which helps if you don't have room for a surround sound system. Now I hate watching TV on my older models lol. This is a must buy and price is even better.

Slow and freezes up often

we purchased a samsung as they are the only tvs to which you can download the spectrum tv app without utilizing a separate streaming device such as a roku. the app works poorly on the tv as it freezes up 2-3 times per hour. i blame the tv because the spectrum app works flawlessly on all of our other tvs where we have a roku. other apps that we've installed also work poorly. the pre-installed apps seem to work better. the interface is also more confusing to navigate than our other tvs. i don't think i'll be buying a samsung tv again any time soon. price was good but i guess you get what you pay for.

Easy set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is used for OTA local broadcast viewing (with rooftop antenna) as well as WIFI streaming Prime, Netflix, Discovery +, etc. Very pleased with the ease to get set up and ready for entertainment viewing. Picture quality is pretty good and sound is better than I expected for an entry-level TV. We did eventually add a soundbar to enhance the audio. I made a mistake during initial set up when doing clock settings and mi-understood the daylight savings option. Now, since the time change, when I pull up the viewing guide, all the times are an hour off. For some reason, the settings menu option for time won't let me adjustments and so as far as I know I can't fix this outside of doing a complete reset and starting over. No thanks, I'll live with it. Another catch I encountered was when the TV somehow stopped reading the Firestick I have in one of the HDMI slots. I did eventually figure out how to get to it through the "home" menu so all is now good (even though you don't need the Firestick because Prime is an option right on the Samsung remote!). One last thing I noticed is that the display is VERY reflective, so we have to be careful not to have a table lamp or floor lamp that can be reflected in our viewing "angles." I don't know if other types of screens would be different. Overall, I am pleased with this TV and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a smart TV that won't break your bank.

So excited and much pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really wanting the Smart TV with the 75” screen. I get everything I want and more. Remote has Netflix, Prime and Customer Service was great when setting up. All was done through texts! TV and Price = I would buy another one if needed. Don't Second guess just buy it.

Regret getting it

I have not had this TV more than a year and it's already giving me issues. It freezes and then comes back. There was a light flashing on the left side of the screen. They came and fixed it but now it just turns off and I have to get out and get back in for it to work

Amazing Picture. Questionable Product.

we have owned our samsung tv for 4 months. the image is stunning and we always get compliments. navigating its content is super easy for our entire family. only concern comes in the quality of the overall product. internet connection is inconsistant at times, even though its next to the wifi router. not sure how it receives wifi signal. and overnight our tv stopped working. the backlight seems to be out and were hoping we dont have to pay an expensive repair fee when we just recently purchased the tv.

Great!

Picture is fantastic

picture is fantastic but there is definitely something wrong with the tv. it will not good wifi settings and must be unplugged or re-set to connect with other devices. we bought this tv as a viewing option for its smart features in our work out room so we could use the casting features and smart playing options. does not hold the wifi settings to allow this. before anyone comments the router is in the same room…
