I purchased this 50inch for my bedroom and will purchase a 55inch or larger for my family room. The tv has excellent picture quality, however the sound is ok, but sometimes you will have the volume higher than normal. Once you learn how to work the remote and navigate from channels to home, to apps. All you got to do is set back and enjoy your new Samsung tv. I would purchase this brand again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm late to the large flat screen TV world; I come from the old school of "If it ain't broke, don't replace or fix it". However, even though my old style TV still worked, I finally had to replace it because I was just no longer satisfied with how movies and shows looked on it, and I wanted to start streaming. So I bought my Samsung. It was easy and quick to install, and the quality of the picture and especially the sound (no I haven't installed a sound bar yet!) were excellent. I'm satisfied with it, and enjoy watching it. My only complaint is that if it's been a while since I watched a streaming show on it, (I mostly watch TV in my bedroom, not in the living room where I have the Samsung TV) I have to reconnect it to my wifi Internet, which is a hassle. It's happened several times now, and I wish it would just stay connected. That's the only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the SmartHub on this TV compared to other TV brands! It is very easy to navigate and is a lot faster. I like all of the options and settings to customize it how I want and the features like how it is compatible with Google Assistant and Apple Airplay! The TV quality is great and everything looks crystal clear! However, I give it 4/5 stars because I recently purchased this TV and I noticed that the screen was subtly flickering for a few minutes while watching a video. Overall, so far it is a great TV! Perfect for an intro to 4K!

This tv is the best purchase I've ever made! The clarity of the picture and sound quality is just awesome. I feel like I'm drawn into a 3D world when watching movies and it's incredible ! The ultra high definition is just amazing ! It's very easy to connect my tv to the internet to watch a lot of movie channels! I'm very happy with this purchase and I enjoy it every single day!

This 2020 Samsung tv is much faster switching applications, the image while playing video games are much clearer, and the image while watching movies are much lively. I have the 65” but I want to purchase the 75” in the near future.

My kids and I love to watch things like Jurassic Park and others and we feel like we're at the movie theater. I wasnt really looking for a tv this large, but with everything closed down, it was a great decision for me and my family. I am very happy that i made this purchase with Samsung!!!

i own the same tv in a 43 inch and i love it so when it was time to buy a new tv for my living room this was the first choice. i bought the 55”. first one i bought i returned 2 days later. tv had a very slow response to remote. the hulu, disney+, prime video apps wouldn't open and others kept logging out. one of hdmi ports didnt work. 2nd one i've had about 2 weeks and hulu app never opens! i always have to unplug tv to reset it. also keeps logging out of apps. im quite disappointed. returning it today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I like that I can go straight to Netflix and u was surprised that when u turned it on it had its own channels without an antenna connected and I also like it's great quality and i love that it fits perfect in my room. It also has Hulu, Apple TV and I like that because I can use those both apps and Disney channel to for my lil sisters and about the channel's that it has of its own I use the music the most and it has YouTube when I just want to see funny videos well hopefully I get to buy another tv that's bigger this year I was thinking qled my older brother had told me is really good but I'll buy it for my living room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for gaming and TV regular use like watching movies and sports. The image is great and easy to adapt to any use. The smart hub is very convenient, I can watch many streaming services directly on the TV without additional hardware. This is very useful and saves time. This TV also recognizes my PS4 and switches the image to gaming mode automatically.

Sound is clear and I have felt no need to add a sound bar for my application. The one complaint I have is the colors begin to lose vibrance and become washed-out for off-axis viewing. You need to nearly be directly in front of the unit or the color is poor. My UN60JU7100 does not have this problem.
