Having Queen BRS900 Extra Firm since 09/OCT/24: One single person on the bed with 125 lbs. Not Extra firm as described. The mattress started sinking in the middle after only 1 week. Have been waiting to see if it will stop sinking but not yet. Have been having back pain. Thinking about exchange or return.

I absolutely love the plush cloud-like pillow top, it is incredibly comfortable and it conforms perfectly to the body’s contours to effectively prevent pressure points on hips and shoulders. I used to wake up with my shoulders and hips aching and never feeling really rested. Now with this Serta Beautyrest I sleep so well, no more tossing and turning all night, and I wake up feeling great and well rested every morning. I never thought a mattress could make such a difference but I can now honestly highly recommend this Beautyrest for the best night’s sleep I have ever had and a noticeable improvement in my overall well-being. Sleeping and lounging on this mattress to read or watch my favorite shows is excellent and very relaxing. I cannot recommend this mattress enough, you must try it yourself, you will not regret it! I’m like Goldilocks when it comes to mattresses and I’m forever trying new ones because I was waking up so sore and with back pain. I’m a side sleeper and always thought that sinking into a plush mattress was what I needed. However, my husband likes firmer mattresses so we went with this medium and it’s amazing. I love that it’s firm enough that it offers support but soft enough to cradle your body. I haven’t had this great of sleep since before I had kids. It’s amazing what a good mattress can do for your body too. I no longer have hip and back pain and I’m not waking up sore every morning. I’m writing this review while laying in bed and I’d stay here all day if I could!

We love this mattress so far in regards to the comfort aspect. It is extra firm but not hard and unyielding. However it makes a creaking groaning type sound as you get in and out of it. So much so that it will wake my wife up at times. The delivery guy said that it has to have a break in period to work that out of it. He also said the reason you might not hear it in the showroom is because it has been demo-ed by so many people that its all worked out. But we ordered it online without going into the showroom. (Our Bad) Well we will find out.

The Beautyrest Silver Extra Firm BRS900 is an excellent mattress! The mattress is extra firm as it states but it provides magnificent support for the spine and joints while sleeping. My husband and I were having alot of back issues and joint pain with our previous mattress so we decided to purchase a new firm mattress to get rid of joint pain and this new mattress does not disappoint. Our sleep quality has improve tremendously within days of having this new matress. My husband and I sleep alot longer and better throughout the night. My joint pain has reduced down tremendously to very little pain and my husband is not having anymore joint pains at all. Also my husband snores loudly and his snore has even became really low to the point that I can sleep more peacefully. I rate the mattress a 10/10 because my husband and I have better health and better sleep quality due to purchasing this new mattress.

It’s probably the closest to sleeping on a cloud I’ve ever gotten. It’s also very thick so it gave my bed a nice lift as well. I will be keeping this mattress for as long as I can!

I like this mattress. Its seems firm enough. The sides kind of collapse, but then spring back when you sit on the edge to get in or out of the bed. I've been experiencing hip pain, but I think I'm just still struggling to get used to the new mattress. I'm hoping as my body adjusts, since I had my old mattress for over 10 years, that the pain will go away.
