[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Beautyrest - Silver BRS900-C Extra Firm Queen size mattress is a really good mattress that we are truly enjoying. The firmness of the mattress is perfect for us and is very comfortable to sleep on.

After only 6 weeks this mattress began to breakdown and bulge out on one side. This is my second mattress that was poor quality. The first one began to have indentations after only 7 months, but it was not extra firm. Only two normal weight (not obese) adults use this mattress and it's very well take care of. We never sit on the side of the bed as we have chairs in the dressing room. And we have no tv in the room, so it is only used for sleeping and it just does not hold up. Very frustrating. I believe that most mattresses are made with poor quality these days. Will be returning this one and try to find another brand with higher quality materials.

I had to switch to a better quality mattress and extra firm becuase my old soft mattress was causing my back to hurt. No more tossing in my sleep. My new mattress is very comfortable. It does not feel hard, it is soft and I have comfortable movement in the bed. I wasn't sure how I would like extra firm but I am extremely pleased with my new mattress. I also think the quality of the brand is superior!

The firm bed we traded in during the 120 trial period had problems. Too soft on one side and in the middle. It was a flawed mattress. I got this for my Mom. We then traded for the extra firm and oh, what a difference. Thank you. But, I was very concerned about the price difference. I will call to double check the information.

I had to do a double take thinking I was delivered the wrong model. But I gave it a try.over the past couple of weeks the foam has begun to provide more give now. Just slightly though. Maybe over time it will have more give. But from a. Sleep o fort standpoint, I have been sleeping great! It is pretty thick. I had another mattress that had the same height, yet this seems taller still. So far I am enjoying the rest, I hope it doesn’t begin to sag too quickly though like my last mattress did within its first year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had a semi firm mattress so I was excited to try out this firm mattress for the extra back support it would offer. The mattress was a bit taller than my last mattress so having my stairs helped to get in the bed as I have a box spring as well. The first thing I noticed was how the firmness came all the way to the edge so it was a nice surprise that when you sit on the edge of the bed it doesn’t slope. I sleep on my side a lot and this is a definite bonus. This also is amazing to know as when my husband moves during the night, it doesn’t wake me up as it is that firm. The first night sleeping on this mattress made me question if this was going to work as the mattress is super firm, not hard but super firm. After the third night I was getting used to the firmness and by the fourth night I knew this was going to work just fine. I questioned whether I should add a mattress topper to provide a bit of cushion but after the fifth night realized that isn’t needed as it just took time to get used to the mattress. I get hot during the night and this mattress has a cooling feature that is noticeable as I haven’t woken up overheated at all. My opinion is that this mattress is a hit and I definitely recommend it.

My biggest complaint about the firm mattresses I've tried is that it felt like I was sleeping on the floor! But the Beautyrest mattress is different, it's firm but also cozy! I can lay on it and feel comfortable and that makes a huge difference to me. I definitely feel the support! My back is a fan!
