[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well made, thick mattress. However, I would not call it plush in any way. It is actually quite firm which doesn’t suite me at all. I prefer mattresses that have a “pillow-type” top as otherwise I feel sore. The good things about this mattress is it prevents movement by your partner from waking you, and it holds it shape very well. Overall, if you prefer a firm mattress this the one for you with all the quality you would expect from Beauty Rest.

My back didn’t hurt and I feel like we slept like babies. It seems like such great quality too. It’s so comfy that I didn’t want to get up in the mornings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this mattress for a good month now and have 0 complaints. It’s quite thicker then my old mattress so I was a tad concerned that it might take a few nights to get use to a new bed. I do have back problems after a car accident and sleeping in hotels can sometimes trigger back aches the following days. However, after the first night I have zero complaints. It feels like a good quality, durable mattress that we can use for years to come.

So far, I have little to no back and hip pain after sleeping 2 nights on this mattress. That’s fantastic!! However, the first night I was very hot and didn’t feel that the mattress was “cooling” at all, despite the brutal cold outside and the 64 degree temp in the house. Last night I had the furnace turned down to 64, turned on the overhead fan to cool me and slept better. But does the mattress really have a cooling element? It didn’t seem like it the first night.
