I must say we have never slept better! We wanted a medium firm pillow top to replace a a way too soft pillow top. We made the right decision. You can tell instantly that the mattress is very well made. This will last for many years. Happy we have it and my back feels much better! Highly Recommend!

The overall quality and firmness of this mattress is amazing. It is actually extra firm, so if you love your mattress very firm, this would be a great mattress for you. I think having a firm mattress is nice because it helps me sleep better at night and have such a great quality sleep. I hate waking up with a backache, and while I was sleeping on this mattress, I didn't have any issues with any pain. I actually work up very well rested. It's nice to actually be able to get a good night sleep and be well rested. What an amazing mattress this is. This mattress provides you with a great firmness, especially if that is what you're looking for in a mattress. I really love that you don't get woken up by your partner either. It offers a great low motion so that you shouldn't be able to feel when your partner moves. My partner seems to move a lot, so it's nice to have a mattress like this. I absolutely love the plush soft top as well. It's very soft and cushiony. It gives that great support while you are sleeping. This has been one of the best mattresses for keeping my back from aching. I love it! I certainly would recommend this mattress to anyone who loves a good firm mattress and wants better overall sleep. You'll wake up so refreshed and feeling great about your sleep. I really do enjoy this mattress. I'm so glad I was able to wake up feeling great. That's all I ever really want in a mattress, is to feel like you got a great nights sleep and you don't wake up with aches and pains anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My initial reaction was that it was NOT a medium but rather a firm mattress. I was used to a foam top that immediately conformed to my body and was sure I wasn’t going to have a comfortable sleep. I was wrong! After a few nights of test sleeping, I discovered that it was firm, yet conforming and comfortable. I was getting restful sleeps and my usual morning stiffness was almost nonexistent. The memory foam layer was working to my advantage. It seems well constructed and the side handles make it easy to reposition, yet they retract to make them almost disappear. The one feature, which is quite important to me, is the layer that is supposed to move heat away from your body. I like the microbial aspect of it, but personally it does not provide enough of a cooling feature. I had hoped for more cooling relief than it provides, but because of the other features of the mattress are exceeding my expectations, I’ll look for more cooling relief with adding a possible extra pad, thus the 4-star rather than 5-star rating. I’m excited at the aspect of getting some good, restful sleeps for a long time to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has got to be the best thing I have ever received in my entire life!!! My husband and I have both lost our jobs at the same time. We had been needing a new bed for a long time, we just couldn't afford it. This mattress s PERFECT for both of us since we both have neck and back issues. We have NEVER slept this good in a very long time!!! The extra firm is the best mattress I have ever experienced!!! The delivery people were very courteous and prompt considering it was a snowstorm when they delivered it!!!! All I can keep saying is what an AWESOME gift!!

So far, I have little to no back and hip pain after sleeping 2 nights on this mattress. That’s fantastic!! However, the first night I was very hot and didn’t feel that the mattress was “cooling” at all, despite the brutal cold outside and the 64 degree temp in the house. Last night I had the furnace turned down to 64, turned on the overhead fan to cool me and slept better. But does the mattress really have a cooling element? It didn’t seem like it the first night.

This mattress was great when I first got it. Unfortunately it has started to sag badly causing me back pain. I financed this bed with base for 5 years and I am only a year and a half in and having problems. I would try to warranty it but the sag isn't technically deep enough to qualify. Because of my back pan I am probably going to end up buying another mattress while still making payments on this mattress which is very frustrating.
