Fancy shredded cheddar is one of our favorites. We use it on a lot of things in our house so this giant bag is perfect for us.

Well the cheese is usually good, usually I would give it a 5 star. I bought the mild cheddar and it was bad. It had white mold at the end of the cheese. No I didn't leave it outside!

Product was fresh and mixed well in the recipe. The flavor is a little weak but they do not offer sharp Cheddar in this size. The melt is very good. It is cost effective if you need a lot of cheese.

Doesn't melt well, clumps. Would not purchase again.

Though this was grated cheese, the shavings were larger than I am used to. Still worked great for my pizzas though,

At my store this averaged to $1.12 for 8 oz which is an amazing deal. I also tried freezing the cheese and it froze and thawed well too.

I have always bought this cheese, however the past two times I have purchased it it stinks! By stinks I mean, it smells bad or soured.
