They were OK, they had an ok flavor, texture was a little rubbery, the color was a turn off (grey). I pan seared them a little to give them a little color as the grey color was not very appetizing.

So impressed with these,, dense and very meaty, and tasted to me like beef meatballs not the chicken that they are. Made dish with them with mushrooms, onion, garlic and a Thai red pepper curry and it was a huge hit!

I love chicken, but not a big fan of meatballs and sausages made from chicken. These are the best I've had and believe me I've tried many! They are delicious, the seasoning is perfect. I finally found ones I enjoy and will definitely be purchasing them again.
