Great beginner kayak, gets a lot of looks even here in Hawai'i where people understand kayaking. Customer service is very good, I lost one hatch lid while driving, it came loose and fell off. I searched for hours online and could not find a replacement until Lifetime came to the rescue and replaced it for free. Thank you.

I purchased one a year and a half ago and another two months ago so wife and I would have our own. I find it is more stable than other kayaks I have used. The only issue with them is that the pins that hold down the seat pan work through the rubber and foam seat rather quickly. I am replacing the older one's seat with strap down seats that have thicker seat pans and back support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This will be my 3rd Tamarak angler 10' Kayak. 1st one flew out of the back of my friends truck. It was gone by the time I got off the freeway and returned to get it. bought # 2 and had a problem but warranty was applied to it and now I am waiting to get # 3 delivered to my house so I can get out and paddle the 4-5 days a week that I Paddle ( 12 months a year- I live in So California and water is great)

This is an excellent entry level fishing kayak. It has everything you need to get on the water and catch fish. More importantly the customer service team exceeded all my expectations. My kayak was not equipped with the internal hatch bucket that is now included in newer models. Contacted the customer service team to inquire about purchasing the item. Without hesitation my customer service rep (Richard) stated he would send out the requested item without charge. That was more than generous and not expected. Five Star Rating for customer service.
