Considering it was Valentine's and my usual florest was experiencing a shortage of red roses I went with Sam's. The flowers were per a clients request for an event I was staging. The flowers can via FedEx late the day of and was unable to contact FedEx or the driver. FedEx made it seem as though setting up an account would allow me to have flowers held at FedEx or contact driver. After completing setup it changed to request only available on future orders. Finally got the flowers and they looked burnt. The had what seemed to be blackening and grey webbing edging each petal. They way they were crammed together may have contributed to look of almost dying flowers. Called Sam's club and asked to speak with a representative locally; preferably a mgr in the florest department. Was transfered to another person not in the local or even in the country. She had me; for the tenth to verify my account only to give me a 800 number to because she couldn't help.

These flowers came well packaged, beautifully grown and cut. We were able to make them into about 8 different arrangements and they lasted for over two weeks. Truly some of the prettiest roses, came in small buds and bloomed out slowly! Best roses we have ever gotten!

We ordered these for my Aunt - who recently turned 99. We told her one for each year and one for good measure. They were perfect!

Roses were not fresh upon delivery, several looked like they started to wilt already. Very disappointed.

Roses were very small and overall bouquet not impressive to have 100 stems. Many roses already starting to die due to travel/shipping.

Absolutely stunning! The roses arrived fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. The hot pink color is even more gorgeous in person and instantly brightened the room. They exceeded my expectations and made the perfect gift. Highly recommend!

Neatly and conveniently packaged. The roses were wrapped perfectly at the stems so they weren’t loose. The vase is a very good size and thick quality but not overly heavy. Overall good product and gift I’d recommend

The roses arrived on time (even though a message was sent that they would be late). Making them on time for a 90th birthday party! Only 3 roses were slightly dried. They were beautiful!

I ordered the members mark rose vase arrangement for Mother’s Day ,first it did not arrive on time it arrived 2 days after delivery date!! several roses arrived brown .I reached out to customer service they hanged up on me 3 times .Lastly talked to the flower department on Monday a day after Mother’s Day and finally spoke to a very nice lady and she refunded my money .iam very disappointed /fustrated /sad I didn’t give my mother her flowers just in time for her party on Mother’s Day .Next time I’ll use a different store never again will I get flowers from SAMS!

One of the best Smas club experiences I've had. The first arrangement arrived damaged, they were a birthday gift. Sam's Club and their provider made it right, right away. It truly made my birthday! The arrangement is BIG AND BEAUTIFUL! They look very high end. Will absolutely recommend and order again!
