I feel like I really had to go over the area quite a bit to get it completely smooth. I don't mind that but if you do it's just something to keep in mind. Small price to pay in order to avoid razor burn in my opinion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect size for your private areas. It is too big and not too small. The blades are strong but gengle on the skin. My only hope is that the razor cartridge refills are not ungodly expensive like others!

I did shave over my area a couple of times to completely remove all hair, but to me this is expected in all my razors. Overall after I was finished shaving I was smooth and happy with my result.. This razor does not dull easy and I was satisfied with the result. I would purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Gillette Venus Razor for Pubic Hair and Skin for a couple of weeks. It works really, really well for the swimsuit area. Yes, you have to take several passes over the areas you want to shave BUT you are left with very smooth, no rash, no goose skin, no razor burn skin. Now, having said that I will say that I still use my husband's razor to shave my lower legs because it takes just one pass and it's a much closer, smoother shave than the Venus. However, I find that all razors made for women do not shave close enough for me and my lower legs. I also appreciate the extra blades that come with this. It works as intended and I highly recommend this razor. For the upper parts of me I will reach for this Venus Gillette every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I always thought a shaver is a shaver. So I wasn't expecting much with this one. But, I'm pleasantly surprised! I've used many different ones, and this one is my new favorite! Gets in all the crevices, and leaves it nice and smooth. No nicks or anything. Runs nicely across the skin with no jumping if you know what I mean. Rinses clean easily too!

I didn't get any irritating red bumps after shaving with it like I normally do with my regular razor. I did have to go over the area a couple times tho to get a smooth shave. The handle is comfortable to hold and is very light. I was impressed.

Upon use, it slid easily on the skin to remove hair without any nicks or pulls. It provided a clean shave and I would definitely recommend!

I didn't get and cuts out scrapes. The hydrating strip is an added bonus. I usually get my private area waxed but this was easier and less painful.
