However, this GilletteVenus razor is a game changer! It's smooth and moisturizing all in one. So far, I haven't experienced any irritation with this razor.

The defense bar is top notch. It only has 2 blades on the front but the shave is still close. The 3rd blade on the top takes some getting used to.

I also purchased the Venus 2-in-1 Cleanser and Shave Gel to use. The handle has a nice weight to it and is textured for a better grip which comes in handy while in the shower. The head seems to be slightly wider than the typical razor but the design works well for its intended use. I did find that I needed to go over certain areas more than once to remove the hair. I have used this razor three times and am happy to report no irritation, bumps or other inconveniences. Changing the blade is easy, simply push down on the pad located on the neck of the handle. The name could be a bit classier than Gillette-Venus for Pubic Hair and Skin! How about Gillette-Venus Intimate?
