[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Gillette Venus is a great little razor for shaving intimate areas. The handle is ergonomic and the small head size makes it easier to use without fear of snagging skin. I've found pulling the skin taut in the area I'm working and using a little bit of shaving cream or even soap will make things much more comfortable. I like this smaller size so much I also use it under my arms and it produces much better results for me versus a wider blade. I highly recommend giving this razor a try - especially if you have sensitive skin like I do.

I have always waxed instead of shaved my pubic area so I was very nervous to shave. I usually experience terrible skin irritation after shaving so I looked for a razor specifically intended for the pubic area. I could not be happier with this razor! It was an incredibly smooth shave, I had no irritation whatsoever, and I was able to get all the nooks and crannies. I would recommend this razor a hundred times over. It did exactly what it claims to do - help prevent shave irritation and ingrowns! Just follow the instructions and be patient. Also, just a tip.. moisturize the skin and exfoliate regularly to further assist in preventing irritation and ingrown hairs.

Ever other razor I have used in my bikini and intimate area became irritated and bumpy after each use. This Venus razor is delicate and leaves my skin smooth! Highly recommended and will definitely continue to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor gives a very close, smooth shave on sensitive skin. It was easy to hold and control in the shower. The blade size and shape of the razor's blade cartridge makes it easy to control. The packaging color and design are easy to read. Extra points for recyclable paperboard packaging, though it would be nice if the packaging materials could be further minimized to reduce waste. I will definitely buy the refills for this razor - it works so much better than the cheapie blades I've been using.

Gillette Venus has always been my go to brand when it comes to razors, they're the absolute best and leave your skin feeling the smoothest. This particular razor is hands down great for your private area and is very gentle for people with sensitive skin. The handle of the razor has a nice grip so it's easier to hold and not drop. The refillable razor cartridges are super sharp allowing me to get a very close shave.

This is the only brand I use for shaving period but this particular razor is the best on my opinion barely to no soap or shaving cream require, it leave my skin super soft and I'm not left with my legs all itchy cause some razors would do that. Venus is a fantastic addiction to the Gillette family for sure

Are use a Schick intuition so that's kind of large so I kind of am comparing it to that which probably isn't fair. It does work well but I don't know if I would buy it for that reason that it's there.

Yes, it got intimate *blushing* but not bad. The packaging was an attractive and mature lady pink with sexy silver accents. I'm thrilled with the box containing one razor and two refills! At opening, and during use, I noticed the razor is unusually heavy compared to my other razors. It was noticeable but not a problem. I joked it's like a Terminator razor with a heavy metal look and feel. Smooth handling and results without any knicks, sticks, or slips. Pleasantly surprised user here! No noticeable scent. Very solid feeling product, so again, be prepared on the weight. I think I prefer a lighter weight. Only two blades to my surprise. It doesn't interchange with my other Venus products. The dermatologist and gynecologist tested detail is nice. Precision trimmer feature is neat, but not my favorite part. The handle and grip are quite pretty and functional. Overall, two thumbs up...especially the colors of the packaging and product.

It definitely made an experience I usually put off and dread a lot easier. I love the smooth metal of this shaver and the color of it. It gave me a nice smooth, effortless shave with less swipes and go-overs, which usually end up irritating me. It's really nice!
